生活之中，我们常常会遭遇到许多不备而至的危险，如果我们能够多学习和多掌握一些自救或防灾、减灾的知识和本领，我想当我们在面对灾难之时，我们就不会那么的惊慌失策、手足无措了。人的生命是宝贵的!属于人的生命只有一次，关爱生命就应该从我做起，从防患做起!那么请你、请我们最亲爱的同学一定要记住：“我防溺水有高招，大人陪伴第一招;游前热身第二招，伸手踢腿弯弯腰，预备动作不可少;解除抽筋第三招，赶紧上岸很重要，喝补糖水解疲劳。防溺措施要知道，不可逞能不骄傲，安全二字要记牢，远离危险平安好。”

水以其巨大的势能，发展起无污染的水力水电能源，为现代社会带来光明无限，灌溉了万顷良田，换来人间岁岁收获的欢颜、丰衣足食的甘甜。水，它有温柔，和蔼的一面，但是也有冷酷，刚烈的一面。有时还吞噬了人们一条条宝贵的生命!

我曾经在报纸上看到这样一张图面，一位悲痛欲绝、泪流满面的家长怀里躺着嘴唇已是白色，全身冷冰冰的孩子。溺水事故就像残酷的杀手，夺去了一条又一条宝贵的生命!

每年夏天，老师都会千叮咛万嘱咐，一丝不苟地教育我们，严禁去小溪、泳池游泳，可是有些同学就是不把老师的话牢记在心里，而是当作耳边风，一转身就忘了。导致发生了一件又一件的溺水事故，这些事故其实是可以防止的，但是还是发生了，难道这些导致溺水事故的原因是同学们不听劝告的后果吗?

当然，发生溺水事故的大多部分都是儿童，下面我就为大家讲述一起真实的溺水案例。今年的五月七日，一所中学八年级一班的一位女同学同班的两位同学在野外玩耍，下午约5点半返回途经挪城水库，那位女学生和一名同学不慎落水，另一学生立即呼救，水库管理员报警。5点40后落水学生被相继救上，并送往医院抢救。当晚7点左右，那位女同学不幸身亡。

下面，我跟大家说一说游泳的安全要点吧!

1、下水前试试水温，若水太冷，就不要下水;

2、下水时切勿太饿、太饱。饭后一小时才能下水，以免抽筋;

3、若在江、河、湖、海游泳，则必须有伴相陪，不能单独游泳;

4、不要在地理环境不清楚的峡谷游泳。这些地方的水深浅不一，而且凉，水中可能有伤人的障碍物，很不安全;

5、下水前观察游泳处的环境，若有危险警告，则不能在此游泳;

6、跳水前一定要确保此处水深至少有3米，并且水下没有杂草、岩石或其他障碍物。以脚先入水较为安全。

7、游泳时不要依赖充气式浮具，如游泳圈、浮床等，万一泄气，无所依靠，容易造成溺水事故。

8、遇到有人溺水时，应大声喊叫或拨打110请求协助，不可贸然下水施救。

“生命无价，水无罪”，水是自然界最宝贵的资源，没有了水，我们人类还能生存吗?我们再也不能把糟蹋生命的罪责强加到无生命的水身上。让我们行动起来，“珍爱生命、谨防溺水”，还无辜的水一个清白吧!

夏天到啦!火辣辣的阳光炙烤着大地，没有一丝微风。知了在树上“吱吱”地叫个不停，仿佛在喊着“太热了，太热了”。那清澈的小溪却在那自由自在地惬意地流淌着，池塘里的鱼儿也正热闹地忙着聚会。水库里更是一碧数顷，与天光相辉映，无比壮观，吸引着一群又一群的人们来水边玩耍。可谁曾想到，在享受大自然馈赠的同时，危险也会发生在自我的一念之间。

“严禁下塘下河洗澡，远离危险水域，防止发生溺水事故”，母亲的手机群里不停地发着图片，每个图片上都有一位警察叔叔，在河边举着牌子。我们的班级群里，教师们也经常发一些防溺水知识的链接，三令五申严禁同学们下河下塘玩水洗澡。可尽管老生常谈"防溺水"，但每一个夏天，总会发生多起青少年儿童不听教师和家长的规劝而导致溺亡的事故。他们独自或者和朋友私自下河下塘玩水游泳，因缺乏自救本事而溺水，失去了宝贵的生命，他们的父母家人悲痛万分。只是，纵使亲人嘶心咧肺的哭喊，也再唤不醒那鲜活的生命。

生命对于每个人来说仅有一次，它是何等的宝贵，没有它什么都是浮云。电视上，今年河南的洪涝灾害更让我们认识了水的破坏力，它使人们的生命财产遭受到了巨大损失，在天然灾害面前，人是多么渺小而无助。虽然我们不能制止洪涝的发生，但我们能预防溺水，如果我们不幸溺水，千万不要慌张，屏住呼吸，将头朝上，放松全身让自我浮起来后等待救援，如果周围有能够利用的漂浮物，必须要冷静地抓住它。小朋友如果发现溺水者，不要擅自下水施救，必须要找大人帮忙。如果发现一旁如有飘浮物，能够扔入水中，救援溺水者。如果自我在游泳时发生抽筋等症状，不要胡乱地挣扎，用手将脚板拉一拉，让抽筋症状缓解下来……

其实，我觉得与其在遇到危险的时候想办法，不如一开始就不要私自和同学结伴下河下塘游泳，因为这才是最好的防溺水方法。同学们，当你明白有人要去游泳时，千万不能纵容他们这种行为，而是要勇敢地劝阻他们不要去水边，再不行就立刻报告教师，或者身边的大人。而你自我也千万不要被别人怂恿下塘下河洗澡，有时候一念之间的侥幸，会让自我陷入万丈深渊。

水是生命之源，有时平静，有时湍急，有时柔和，也有暗涌。我们无法预知水的状况，但我们能够规避溺水事故的发生，生命难能可贵，仅有一次，我们必须要有正确的防溺水观念，做好防护措施，防止溺水事故发生，让杯具不再重演。

当你要去水边玩耍时，耳边必须要有这句话一一生命仅有一次，溺水只差一念之侥幸。
