Spring Festival is my favourite festival. This years Spring Festival is in

February 8th. On New Years Eve, everyone will wear new clothes. My parents and

With the rise of Western economic and military power beginning in the

mid-19th century, Western systems of social and political organization gained

adherents in China. Some of these would-be reformers rejected Chinas cultural

legacy, while others sought to combine the strengths of Chinese and Western

cultures.

China is a unified nation consisting of many different ethnic groups.

Fifty-six different ethnic groups make up the great Chinese national family.

Because the Han people accounts for more than ninety percent of Chinas

population, the remaining fifty-five groups are generally referred to as "ethnic

minorities." Next to the majority Han, the Mongolian, Hui, Tibetan, and Uygur

peoples comprise the largest ethnic groups. Although Chinas ethnic minorities

do not account for a large portion of the population, they are distributed over

a vast area, residing in every corner of China.

Particularly since the implementation of Chinas opening and reform policy,

the central government has increased investment in minority areas and

accelerated their opening to the outside world. This has resulted in an upsurge

of economic development in these areas. Each of Chinas ethnic minority groups

possesses a distinctive culture. The Chinese government respects minority

customs, and works to preserve, study, and collate the cultural artifacts of

Chinas ethnic minority groups. The government vigorously supports the

development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers,

and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall

integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic

minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside

in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among

Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market

economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the

areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by

interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals

and interests creating a deep sense of solidarity, Chinas ethnic groups

resemble a great national family, together building Chinese civilization.

It is widely noted that lots of traditional culture is disappearing along

with the development of technology. Many ancient architectures and traditional

ways of living have been deserted. It seems that the traditional culture and

craftsmanship will be replaced in this modern era.

The following reasons can account for the above phenomenon. Firstly,

traditional technologies are always considered ineffective while the new

sciences are always highly efficient, because modern science and technology

facilitate both our daily and academic life a lot, with which we can save much

money and time. Secondly, it is costly to protect the traditional culture,

especially the maintenance and repair of the historical buildings.

In my opinion, although traditional culture is an ancient heritage, it

couldnt keep pace with the development of society. It is the tide of history

end.

大年三十那天，爸爸妈妈一大早带回了一幅春联，大红的纸上写着金色的大字，透出喜庆和吉祥。上联写的是人和家和万事兴下联是财旺业旺千家乐横批是万事如意大人们都很忙，春联在桌子上放了一上午还没有贴出去，看到这个情况，我自告奋勇地要求贴到大门上。但是我个子小，拿着春联够不着大门的顶端，爸爸这时赶过来，接过春联，要我去准备好剪刀和粘胶，协助他贴春联。我很快拿来了粘贴的工具，发现爸爸拿着春联，站在门边自言自语：上联到底是贴在左边还是右边呢？，我运用平时所学的书法知识，及时给爸爸指出上联所贴的位置。爸爸很高兴地表扬了我。位置定好以后，我拿出粘胶，用剪刀喀嚓喀嚓地剪成小段，帮助爸爸顺利地把上联、下联和横批贴了出来。我和爸爸站在大门外，欣赏着我们的杰作，红彤彤的对联映在我们的脸上，邻居家的鞭炮声此起彼伏。过春节了！我们全家人的心情多么快乐啊！我祝爸爸妈妈新年快乐，身体健康，工作顺利！就像对联横批所说的那样，祝我们全家万事如意！

中国人喜欢在春节时贴春联，两条大红纸上写着神采飞扬、对仗工整的诗般雅句，在左右门框或是门柱上一贴，喜庆吉利，热闹火爆，情趣盎然。

春联的来源和形成，是从古代用两块桃木板画门神开始的，到了五代时的后蜀皇帝孟昶，才第一次以桃木板写对仗的诗句，出现了第一副春联。宋代王安石的名诗《元日》中，仍吟咏“总把新桃换旧符”，说明宋代还用桃木写春联。

有人会问，古代为什么用桃木板去写春联呢？古时曾用竹板木板写信、著书，写对联用板则不难理解，在没发明和普及纸张时，用木板是十分正常的。之所以用桃木，是古人认为它是有辟邪作用的上好木料，晋代的《荆楚岁时记》说，“桃者，五行之精，厌伏邪气，制百鬼也”。挂春联本来就脱胎于贴门神，为的就是消灾辟邪图吉利，此木既然是伏邪制鬼的神奇仙木，故古人选用了它，就不难理解了。

春节时，人们还有在门上贴“宜春帖子”之习，意即适逢春日，万事皆宜。北方农村至今此习仍盛，而且，姑娘媳妇们常戴自剪的春燕，或是赶集买来的燕形红花。这也有讲究，意思是喜迎候鸟春燕将北飞，象征冬去春来。

春节是我国的传统节日，它有许多有趣的习俗：写春联、贴春联就是其中的一项。学了两年多书法的我，准备今年再次尝试自己写春联。

首先我要把屋里所有的窗户擦干净，我拿起装好水的桶放在客厅，拎起一条抹布开始认认真真地擦起来，擦到一半我发现怎么窗户比以前还要脏，这时我才知道原来抹布还没有捻干，爸爸走过来说：“擦东西一定要拧干抹布，而且一定要用力拧，如果不拧干净抹布只会越擦越脏，”我只好重新把抹布拧干净再擦一遍，然后，我还要用报纸把窗户抹干，过了一会，我把所有窗户擦干净了，爸爸夸我擦得干净好像完全看不见窗户一样。

最后，我还要拖地我拿起湿拖把慢慢地往外擦，我擦到一点的时候妈妈急切地说：“不要这样拖，要往里拖不要往外拖，”我及时纠正，不一会儿我把妈妈给我布置的任务做完了，妈妈爸爸都夸我任务做得很认真。

经过了一天的努力，我们全家人终于把屋子里的东西整理的干干净净，地上没有丝毫的垃圾。

春联是春节家家户户都要贴的，但是今年，春联对我有重要意义。

春节的前夕，我主动向我的软笔书法老师申请写一副春联，因为今年我的书法成绩已经更上一层楼了，所以想一试身手。例文拿到之后，我立刻练了起来。一开始很差，然后有一幅好的，之后就全部都是好的。有时，不用父母催，我自己就加练，一直到自己满意为止。

写完春联之后发生了几件有重大意义的事情：一是在离开济南回老家之前的那个晚上，我怀着无比激动的心情，在父亲的精心指导下，在自家门上工工整整地贴上了自己写的春联；二是在姥姥家，大姨对我说，她想把我给她的那幅春联留若干年，然后卖上一些钱，这说明我的春联已经写的很不错了；三是在爸爸的办公室里，我把春联给了爸爸的一个同事，换来了一盒巧克力，但我收到巧克力后不忍心吃，就转送给了一个阿姨的女儿；四是奶奶对我的春联大加赞赏，说我的字粗细均匀、上下左右很整齐……

但是，我明白，大家对我的赞美，其实更多的是对我的鼓励。我自己也能发现我的字依然有很多不足，比如“盘”字，不仅字写得特别小，而且结构也不好。以后还要多多改正。

一幅春联，让我明白了许多事情，我会更加勤奋地练习。

今天是小年夜了，妈妈对爸爸说：“咱们去街上买两条龙吧。”爸爸听了，便爽快地答应下来。

吃完晚饭，我和爸爸上街买了两条龙，分别是龙子和龙女。它们都很漂亮。龙子头上戴着一顶金色的帽子，帽子边上镶着许多珍珠。龙女头上戴着粉红色的蝴蝶结，边上也有数不清的珍珠。

回到家，我们开始贴春联了。这春联非常特别。你知道为什么吗？因为这是我自己写的。我们贴好双面胶，把春联贴到门上。爸爸刚贴好一张，我就得意地对他说：“爸爸，你把下联贴到上联的地方去了。”爸爸这才发现自己贴错了，连忙重新贴好。贴好春联，我们发现了一个大问题：龙放在哪里呢？我们绞尽脑汁，一会儿放在上面，可是龙把字挡住了；放在中间？可门不能开了；放在下面？哈哈，这样感觉怪怪的，龙可是应该飞在上面的呀！看来看去，比来比去，最后，我们只能把它们放在下面了。妈妈笑着对爸爸说：“你贴之前应该看一下，现在，龙只能在地面上飞喽。”我和爸爸也忍不住笑起来。

在大姑姑家的房门两侧，我看到了一副春联，字体圆润，颇见功力，很有颜体的味道，作者竟是我的“外甥女”章琦雪（我的辈分比较高，呵呵），一个三年级小学生。她的爸爸妈妈在福建泉州做生意，所以她也在那边上学、生活。也就是这个原因，今年过年让她无法踏上回乡之路。于是她用她从小练成的书法认认真真地写了这副春联，祝外婆一家新年快乐。一眼望去还以为是哪个书法家写的。外婆收到了，开心地说：“这是我收到的最好的新年礼物。”然后小心翼翼的把春联贴在厨房门背后，每天都要看上几眼，每来客人都要喜滋滋地介绍一番。

俗话说：瑞雪迎春到，每当天空中纷纷扬扬的飘起雪花的时候，新年的脚步就离我们越来越近了，每到这时我的心情就是快点让春节到来，终于农历的十二月三十日终于到来了。

新年不但热闹还很喜庆，下来就听我介绍介绍吧！我相信人们都很爱吃饺子，到了春节人们到要欢聚一堂吃饺子，给饺子里头放一个硬币，谁吃到到有硬币的饺子谁今年就最有福气。吃完饺子我们就可以看春节晚会了，春节晚会的京剧让爷爷看的津津有味，笑话让妈妈看的哈哈大笑，相声让我们看的大笑。到了零点人们都要下楼放炮，传说每到冬季就有一只叫年的怪兽来吃人，人们听说“年”害怕大的声音，人们就拿炮来吓“年”，从此就有了放炮的习俗。

大年初一家家的孩子都要穿着新衣服到长辈们的家里去拜年。拜完年，长辈们都会给我们一些压岁钱。

快乐的日子过的真快呀，转眼，就到正月十五，我们该收心上学了，新的一年就要开始了！

1911年辛亥革命以后，开始采用公历（阳历）计年，遂称公历1月1日为“元旦”，称农历正月初一为“春节”。岁时节日，亦被称为“传统节日”。它们历史悠久、流传面广，具有极大的普及性、群众性、甚至全民性的特点。年节是除旧布新的日子。年节虽定在农历正月初一，但年节的活动却并不止于正月初一这一天。从腊月二十三（或二十四日）小年节起，人们便开始“忙年”：扫房屋、洗头沐浴、准备年节器具等等。

所有这些活动，有一个共同的主题，即“辞旧迎新”。人们以盛大的仪式和热情，迎接新年，迎接春天。

在民间，一直都有一个关于“年”的传说故事。

传说中国古时候有一种叫“年”的怪兽，头长触角，凶猛异常。“年”长年深居海底，每到除夕才爬上岸，吞食牲畜伤害人命。因此，每到除夕这天，村村寨寨的人们扶老携幼逃往深山，以躲避“年”兽的伤害。有一年除夕，从村外来了个乞讨的老人。乡亲们一片匆忙恐慌景象，只有村东头一位老婆婆给了老人些食物，并劝他快上山躲避“年”兽，那老人捋髯笑道：“婆婆若让我在家呆一夜，我一定把‘年’兽撵走。”老婆婆仍然继续劝说，乞讨老人笑而不语。

半夜时分，“年”兽闯进村。它发现村里气氛与往年不同：村东头老婆婆家，门贴大红纸，屋内烛火通明。“年”兽浑身一抖，怪叫了一声。将近门口时，院内突然传来“砰砰啪啪”的炸响声，“年”浑身战栗，再不敢往前凑了。原来，“年”最怕红色、火光和炸响。这时，婆婆的家门大开，只见院内一位身披红袍的老人在哈哈大笑。“年”大惊失色，狼狈逃蹿了。第二天是正月初一，避难回来的人们见村里安然无恙十分惊奇。这时，老婆婆才恍然大悟，赶忙向乡亲们述说了乞讨老人的许诺。这件事很快在周围村里传开了，人们都知道了驱赶“年”兽的办法。从此每年除夕，家家贴红对联、燃放爆竹；户户烛火通明、守更待岁。初一一大早，还要走亲串友道喜问好。这风俗越传越广，成了中国民间最隆重的传统节日。

起源：春节和新年的概念，最初的含意来自农业，古时人们把谷的生长周期称为“年”，《说文。禾部》：“年，谷熟也”。|在夏商时代产生了夏历，以月亮圆缺的周期为月，一年划分为十二个月，每月以不见月亮的那天为朔，正月朔日的子时称为岁首，即一年的开始，也叫年，年的名称是从周朝开始的，至了西汉才正式固定下来，一直延续到今天。但古时的正月初一被称为“元旦”，直到中国近代辛亥革命胜利后，南京临时政府为了顺应农时和便于统计，规定在民间使用夏历，在政府机关、厂矿、学校和团体中实行公历，以公历的元月一日为元旦，农历的正月初一称春节。

二十三糖瓜粘，二十四扫房子

二十五做豆腐，二十六割年肉

二十七洗疚疾，二十八贴窗花，
