在虚拟的教室内呈现自己的教案。由于教案完全是自己一点点构想出来的，备课也就没那么困难。然而，走上讲台，打开PPT的那一瞬间，大脑一片空白，鼠标停在了播放键上，整个人呆住了，连开场白都忘记了，甚至有种适宜的感觉。努力想找一个词却始终挤不出一句话。就这么静立了二十几秒才算缓过来，开始了正式的讲课。一开始讲课就紧张的不得了，课件的内容都讲乱了，在完成开场白和导入后才最终归于平静，完成了整个讲课环节。虽然中间也有几次卡壳，虽然结尾也显得匆忙，但总体感觉不是太坏。

走下讲台的那一刻，感觉似乎是卸下了千斤重担，顿觉轻松，但同时整个人也累垮了。就这十几分钟竟会是这么的累！

通过教案的设计和试讲，尤其是试讲让我意识到凡事都要做十二分的准备，“台上一分钟，台下十年功”真的一点也没有错。对于初入教学的我在今后的实习中一定要事前充分的准备，只有这样才可以保证在课堂上有话可说，否则怕是要中途卡壳或者进行不下去了。

入校

今天，我们在指导老师的带领下，走进了实习的高中学校，这个让我既期待又有几分畏惧的地方。

实习学校给我们高度的重视，校长、主任亲自接待，给我们每个人都选派了两位指导老师，一位指导英语教学，一位指导班主任工作。实习见面会上跟自己的指导老师见了面，校长对实习做了简短的介绍。在这次见面会上，一下子被称呼为“老师”觉得很不适应，好像不是在叫自己，但也就从这样一刻开始我多了一个身份：实习老师。

然而当跟着自己的实习指导老师走出会议室的那一刻，当跟自己的同学们分开的那一刻，感觉全世界就剩下我自己了，接下来的一切就全靠自己了。这也许是我步入职场的前奏吧。

下午，跟班里的学生见了面，做了简单的自我介绍。学生们似乎对我们这些实习老师充满了极大的兴趣，班内的气氛很是火爆。

同时，在我踏入教室走上讲台的那一刻，我懂了自己身上的担子：为人师表，学为典范。

一天下来虽然很累，却很充实，开始期待明天的到来。

第一课

按照昨天老师的安排，今天早上和学生一起上早读，然后便开始实习的第一环节：听课。

早上很早就来到了学校，站在教室外面整理自己的心情。随着一声声清脆的“老师好”的传来，心中油然升起一种自豪与欣慰。

走进教室，跟学生简单问候，便进入了今天早读的正题：领读单词。翻开单词表，每个单词早已在心中读过多遍，随着第一个单词的发出，渐渐地适应，声音也在加大，心情也归于平静，很快就读完了单词。问题也随之而来，三十分钟的早读只过了五分钟，剩下的时间又该干什么呀？毕竟跟学生还不熟，简单的聊了几句便退出了教室。

早读之后听了第一节现代课堂的英语课。时隔七年，早已忘记了自己当初的课堂是如何进行的，对今天的这节课充满了期待。

听完课后，总体感觉老师讲的很细，好像是在给小学生讲课，每一个单词，每一句话，每一个语法点都一一介绍、讲解、翻译，课堂教学只是在自然中过度，似乎没有原先想的那么完美。以前教育学、教学法课堂上讲的各种英语教学理论、教学模式也并没有在课堂上体现出来。看来理论与现实还是存在差距的。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，以往课本上学到的理论还要在今后的实践中融会贯通。

开班会

按照学校的惯例，今天下午最后一节课要召开班会，久别的高中班会不知道在今天发展成什么样子了。

这次的班会着让我震惊，不同于我所熟悉的班会形式，他们的班会由班长主持。首先公布了过去一周的小组量化，倒数的三个组还要唱班歌以示再接再厉。其次，班里还评选了过去一周的“学习之星”和“进步之星”，并且推荐人要陈述推荐理由，最后班主任给这“两星”获得者颁发奖状，这一项于我来说倒是挺新鲜的。第三项，班长对班内过去一周存在的问题，生活上、学习上等做简单说明。班会最后才是办主任讲话，向学生传达学校最新指示，批评存在的问题，表扬表现好的。这才让我有种似曾相识的感觉。接下来是我的时间，受班主任之托，给班内学生讲一下大学生活的美好，激发他们的学习动力，并介绍一下学习英语的技巧和方法。

当我在学生们热烈的掌声中走上讲台的那一刻又不知道说什么了，虽然提前准备了，但由于太紧张一下子全乱了，自己都不知道在说什么了，也没有了时间概念，只是在那机械般讲话。班内的气氛赶来开始还挺活跃，火来渐渐地安静了。

之后总结，或许是自己讲的有些严肃，又或许这样的话他们早已听的耳朵都长茧子了。总之，通过这第一次的登台亮相更让我明白“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的道理。我要更好的准备才能在讲台上游刃有余。

这位日本友人告诉我，在日本，小学生从一年级开始必须上“道德课”，教学方式有两种，一种是老师讲道德、礼仪、做人，把道德对做人如何重要的意识灌输给 学生。课本素材几乎都是中国古代的诸子百家思想，孔子、孟子、老子、韩非子，以及忠、孝、仁、礼等都有。第一节课往往是“己所不欲，勿施于人”。老师会 问：“如果你的朋友偷了你的书包，大家欺负你，你会高兴吗?”学生一起大声喊：“不高兴!”老师接着讲：“那你也不要对朋友那样，明白了吗?”学生回答： “明白了!”

另一种是实践，学校会安排学生到养老院、 残疾医院等地接触并照顾弱势群体，尽量沟通，学会相处，甚至还有养老院和幼儿园在一起的现象。 对于这些，我内心感受异常复杂。仁、义、礼、智、信这些都是中国古老文化的精华，尊老、敬老也是中国的传统美德，这些在异国他乡开花结果，可喜可贺。可惜 的是，中国的传统文化在本土却没有得到更好的传播，中国的孩子学习的重点是英文字母，是钢琴，是奥数，而不是这些古典文化。

我想，基础教育是个人成长的重要阶段，每个孩子都应该得到公平的教育机会。这个阶段，能够背诵唐诗宋词不是最重要的，能够学会几种外语也不是最重要的，最重要的应该是学会遵守基本的礼仪规范，有文化，有教养，知道怎么做人。这方面，中国需要向日本学习的地方很多。

Third， attending classes regularly will help to form a good habit of punctuality， which is of great importance for the students to do a good job in the future.

Therefore， we university students should form the good habit of attending our classes regularly from now on. And some day we’ll benefit from it.

reading classics have significant implication for a person’s development. a sea of classic books are usually written by a lot of well-known folks. different kinds of books tell us their own special subjects, which teach us how to effectively do our jobs, carry out problems from different parts and do a successful man.

recently people who tend to read classics are shrinking, while in the past classic staff had a large popularity for all kinds of individuals. why does this phenomenon come out? the reason for this problem is from many aspects, mainly as follows.

the first reason is that people do not have enough time to read and reluctant to spend their valuable time in books. as the economic development is becoming increasingly fast, a multitude of characters surge into their money. in order to earn more incomes, they kill their all time in their jobs, and they even don’t want to take a little of their all time to read. the second reason for causing this phenomenon is next.

from my own perspective, we, as college students, should read all kinds of books, including classics, to develop our own comprehensive and perfect knowledge. we should pay attention to the content of books, not the paper quality of books.
