春节的前一天，妈妈买来了又细又长的韭菜;又胖又红的胡萝卜;又圆又大的马蹄;一团大大的，鲜红的肉馅。一一放进一个蓝色的盆子里。我一看，就知道妈妈明天要包饺子吃了，我便高兴的手舞足蹈，一蹦三尺高，“耶!”

第二天，我盼着的一天到了，我起的格外早，一蹦一跳地下了楼，看见妈妈正在用手调肉馅!只见妈妈把切碎了的韭菜，胡萝卜等盛在另一边的盆子里。拿出蚝油，胡椒粉，油等调料放入馅中。一盆香喷喷的五颜六色的肉馅就做好了。开始包饺子了，我和妈妈系好围裙，开始开工，我拿起一张饺子皮，用筷子夹了一大块肉馅放在饺子皮上，因为馅放得太多，饺子皮根本不听话，馅都露出来了。我束手无措叫妈妈调整一下，我又拿了一张饺子皮，吸取了上次的教训，放了很少一点，自以为可以包好了，但是饺子却像一片扁扁的叶子，我泄气了，但看见妈妈包得一个个像金灿灿的元宝，我也就又包起了一个个饺子，一个比一个好看，我越来越自信。终于也像妈妈包的一样可爱了!

我的压力是补习回家后功课写不完，常常忙到三更半夜;爸爸的压力是会计工作做不完;妈妈的压力是因为他身为职业妇女，一只蜡烛两头烧，担心家庭跟工作没办法兼顾好，而姐姐的压力是近视的度数增加的非常快，很难控制。

压力不一定都是坏的，也有一些是好的。以我们班上的规定为例：不用功的学生没改完作业就不能下课，因为这个压力，让这些人伤透了脑筋，最后他们终于决定把作业改完，也获得真正的学习，不再找借口偷懒。所以压力常常会督促着我们勇往直前。

大大小小的压力存在我们的生活当中，我们应该适当的调适心情，把压力化为助力，这样才能让生活变得多采多姿。

我喜欢的节日有很多，如：端午节、中秋节、重阳节，但我最喜欢的就是春节了！

爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖按入屠苏。过年喽！过年喽！家家户户都忙着贴春联，放鞭炮，好热闹啊！我家也不例外，爸爸忙着贴春联。你瞧上联春安夏太，下联是秋吉冬祥。贴完了春联，我们来到了楼下，就看见夜空被好多烟花划破，真是比星星还亮啊！爸爸也搬出了许多花炮和烟花，爸爸顺手拿起了一个窜天猴，嘭，啪，说时迟，那时快，窜天猴直蹦夜空，顿时成了一朵美丽的烟花，飘向了夜空，我也拿了一个闪光棒，不停地摇转，散出了无数的小星星。许多色彩缤纷的烟花在天空中闪亮着，有的时候还要把天空笼罩住似的。有的烟花还没等落下就有升起了几个，然后再炸开、再升起……有的烟花以闪电般的速度，成堆的往上蹿，在空中炸开，倾斜而下，好像下一场美丽的流星雨，又好似一大条瀑布，还真有点“飞流直下三千尺”的感觉呢！我的心情格外爽朗，这真是“爆竹声声辞旧岁，家家户户迎新春”。吃完年夜饭，我们心满意足的离开饭桌。放完鞭炮该拿红包了，奶奶给了我一个红包神秘地对我说：“一定要放在枕头下哦，这样可以给你带来好运！”

过年真好，我最爱过年啦！
