62年前，一位伟大的中国人在天安门广场宣布了新中国的成立。今天我们就是在他的关怀下成长。新中国的成立犹如灯塔的光芒，给千百万受封建地主统治的人民带来了希望，它的成立犹如盘古开天辟地，标志着中国从此走向了社会主义的道路。
我无法亲身体验祖国成立的前后的变化，唯有听老一辈们的口述来感受其变化。
新中国未成立之前，各地生灵涂炭;民不聊生;外国侵略;军阀割据，国内一片混乱。大街小巷各地都是无家可归的饥民，更不用说上学读书了，能有一口饱饭吃，那就是他们的奢望!
现在的中国是我自己亲眼所见的：到处都是高楼大厦，人民个个安居乐业，基本到达小康社会。人民有活干，有衣穿，有房住，有饭吃，有房住，到处都呈现出其乐融融的景象。大街小巷有的只是那欢声笑语，人民高高兴兴上学去，平平安安回家来，农村里也有一些特殊保障：“种田不交税，人手一部‘机’。不再听天命，心中有算盘。”

香肠，家乡的香肠多就是原味，也有些人家做的稍带一些麻辣。香肠多就是腊月间杀年猪时制作。主料就是七分瘦三分肥猪肉切片，调上盐、酒、糖、辣椒等，手工灌到猪小肠里，挂起风干。吃时水煮，捞取稍微冷一会儿再切片，摆放到盘中成盘龙状。色泽透亮，清香诱人，非常好吃。
