It was the first day of our summer holiday.All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have two months to do things we love to do.We are free.Although we have some homework.But we can finish them in several days.And the rest time we can make good use of.My god! We have been very tired after hard studying.In summer holidays,I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least,I will have a good rest.

我发现身边肥胖的人越来越多，我也在一直变胖的路上，就跟妈妈说想减肥的想法。妈妈在我的要求下给我跟爸爸制定了游泳健身计划，这个计划后来被我跟爸爸命名为“像鱼”计划。

上个月带着妈妈给我跟爸爸办的游泳卡，来到了清澈的泳池旁，准备我们计划的第一阶段完成两个往返的练习。看着水中我跟爸爸的倒影，像极了两只圆滚滚的企鹅，就在我盯着水中倒影充分发挥想象力的时候，听到扑通一声，没看到多少水花，我身旁的小男孩就像鱼一样在水中快速的游起来了。瞧着他游得那么棒，我也顺其自然的朝着泳池他跳下去的位置跳了下去，可我还没有开始游，就发现爸爸还有周围的人在哈哈在笑，原来我跳下去的时候水花四溅，溅到了旁人的脸上，我也跟着尴尬的笑了。后来我看到好多身材偏胖的都会跟我遇到一样尴尬的事情。游了一个往返，我实在是游不动了，脚还抽筋了，看着爸爸拖着疲惫的身体朝我游来，跟我说以后我们一起好好健身，争取也像刚开始入水的那个瘦瘦小男孩一样游得像鱼一样。这就是我们“像鱼”计划的由来。

为了能像鱼一样在灵活，我会坚持“像鱼计划”。除此之外，我还会多参加户外活动，勤帮父母做家务，少吃多餐，少吃油腻、油炸、过甜等垃圾食品，多吃蔬菜水果。

Summertime is the best time of the year.There is no school for months and I get to do what I want.With no tests and no homework,I’m as free as a bird.

I do many things during the summer vacation.I relax by reading books and watching TV.I also hang out with my friends and travel with my family.However,I don’t only play in summer.I take advantage of the free time to learn more.For example,last summer I learned to swim.This summer I might study computers or English.

Summer vacation flies by fast,so it’s important to do as much as you can.

Im happy to have such a good summer holiday.because I will have much time to visit some places of intrest.Im going to Beijing tomorrow,so now I feel very happy.I will go there by plane and stay there for 10 days.This is my first time to go to Beijing,not only the Olympic Games is coming,but also I can learn more knowledges about the Olympic Games.And it is a great chance for me to communicate with foreigners,so I wont miss it.Therefore,now I want to say:Beijing,Im coming!

Suddenly, the National Day has arrived. The seven days I can not waste time, so I have to arrange for each day!

In seven days, I want to finish work, and to double-check again. We need to do to buy their own practice, what to do after the reference to the answer.

I would also do more to help my mother home, like vegetables to help his mother. Every day will drag on the floor at home.

转眼间，国庆节又到了。我不能白白浪费这七天的时间，所以我要安排好每一天!

有的人喜欢打篮球，有的人喜欢踢足球，还有的人喜欢扔铅球，而我却喜欢打乒乓球。 小时候看着别人打乒乓球真羡慕，心想要是有一天我也会打乒乓球该有多好啊。现在终于长大了，也可以学打乒乓球了。 刚开始学的时候，我以为很容易，不就是让一个小球弹来弹去嘛。可是玩起来才发现，就因为它太小了，所以飞得太快，根本不好掌握。 爸爸先给我教发球，这可是个看起来容易做起来难的动作。首先要把球抛起来，还要把拍子拿平，拿歪了会打飞，而且连眼睛也要配合，否则不打中球。费了九牛二虎之力，我终于学会了发球。 有一次，我和段闯比赛。我先发了一个超低球，他马上回了我一个下旋，由于旋得太低，我没接住，第一局也就失败了。第二局开始了，我发现他有点得意忘形，就趁这个大好时机发了个高球，他还没回过神来就输给了我。关键看第三局，他的上旋没发好，我超常发挥来了个扣球，赢得了比赛。 通过打乒乓球，我既锻炼了身体，又交了许多朋友，还让我的烦恼全都跑到了九霄云外，同时也悟出了一个道理：

Why are so many people keen on body-building? Firstly, keeping health is one of their main purposes. In modern society, many people stay for most of the day before the desk without doing any exercises, which definitely harms their health. Another new term comes again,so I should have a study plan to promot myself.

Firstly,I descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which I didnt know it clearly.

Secondly,I will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge,and try to combine thoery to practice.

Finally,I will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.

I am in six grade now next term I am going to middle school so the coming vacation is my last summer vacation in primary school. It is so special to me. I plan to spend it with my friends we want to take part in the summer camp to have close access to the nature. I am so excited now I think we will have a good time.
