1995年，乐嘉在一家台湾个人成长训练公司，遇见了一个有才学的台湾培训师，听了老师关于“生命的潜能”和“人生如何设定目标”的课后，他很激动，原来还有如此富有感染力的演讲，他找到台湾老师要求向他学习培训。

乐嘉跟台湾老师学了半年，接受的是苛刻的魔鬼般训练。他将老师的讲课录音并一字不差地背下来，老师在台上抖什么包袱、做什么动作、台下会有什么反应，也无不烂熟于胸，最后竟做到十堂课有一堂课让人哭。他印象最深的一件事就是，那位台湾培训师为了让他改掉说话中的口头禅，竟逼着他把口头禅重复1000遍，这种“反向折磨法”让人不堪忍受。那半年的培训对他有两个重要意义，第一是基础打得非常牢固，第二从那时开始他对自己有了信心，他认为自己生来就属于讲台，他会在讲台上成就一番大事业。

在又一次失业后，乐嘉去上影厂参加配音演员应聘，遇到了一生难忘的恩师——上海戏剧学院教授安振吉。这位曾经辅导过王志文、陆毅、宁静等着名演员的老人在和乐嘉攀谈之后，建议他到戏剧学院进修表演。

乐嘉对这件事极为慎重，他已经25岁了，不是刚踏上社会的毛头小子，花一年时间进修就意味着损失一年的时间成本和各种赚钱的机会。为此，乐嘉曾两次乘火车去老师的家乡合肥商量此事。最后他决定放弃一切，去上戏参加表演进修。但演艺圈关系复杂，偶然性因素太多，一个人付出80%的的努力或许只能得到20%的回报，他最终放弃了成为演员的梦想。但他又说：“这对我后来创办培训公司帮助太大了，因为我现在所做的培训主要就是性格分析，专业的表演技巧使我能把具有不同性格的人的形态、神态、思想活生生地表现出来。有很多人的表演功力比我强百倍，有很多人的心理学知识比我多得多，但能够把这两者完美结合起来的，这个世界上却没有多少人。”

离开台湾个人成长训练公司后，正值全球最大的网络市场营销公司——安利登陆中国。“销售能人”乐嘉加入了当时举国上下热潮汹涌的“直销大军”。这在他看来是人生中又一个重要的转折点。

很多人会做销售但不会演讲，还有很多人会讲课但没有销售经验，而乐嘉恰恰具备了销售业绩和演讲才能。短短两年时间，乐嘉在全国巡回参加了200多场演讲，并建起了一支13000人的直销团队，这在当时殊为惊人。这段经历让他受益匪浅。他现在对大型演讲场面的掌控经验，很大程度上来自于这200多场演讲。当时规模最大的一次演讲是在天津万体馆，面对的听众达1万多人;而最火爆的一次则是在大礼堂，他演讲完之后，所有听众起立鼓掌7分半钟。掌声带给了他成功的感觉，他觉得这一次他是站对了人生的舞台，他发自内心认为，自己跟别的讲课者是不同的，对他们来说，那是工作的形式，对他来说，演讲是他的人生使命。

1999年初，乐嘉进了一家培训公司。但很快，天性不安分、不喜欢受制于人的他决定自己创业——于是和一个朋友合作开培训公司，这次合作仅几个月就以不欢而散告终。“这次失败让我意识到在创业的过程中，慎重选择一个合适的合作伙伴的重要性。因为，不慎的选择不仅会导致合作破裂，甚至会失去自己的朋友。”乐嘉总结说。

永不停止

不久，乐嘉又独立出资成立了演讲公司，在演讲过多次后，他偶然接触到西方流行的行为心理学，将人的性格可以分为四类：活泼型、完美型、力量型、和平型。他发现每个人都对此话题感兴趣，会将此讲课的内容传给自己的同事朋友和亲人。

乐嘉曾经学过魔术表演，在一次性授课中，他用四块布变出一块布来，这四块布正是红黄蓝绿四种颜色，他灵光闪现，为什么不用四种色彩来取代四种性格的名称呢?红色代表活泼型;蓝色代表完美型;黄色代表力量型;绿色代表和平型。这样更形象生动更涤入人心。

当然，人的性格并不仅仅表现为简单的四种类型，就像每个人都有眼睛鼻子世界上却没有一个人长得一模一样，每个人有多种性格颜色，哪种成份多一些，人的性格就主要表现为哪种色彩类型。乐嘉在培训中说：“在一家企业里，像负责产品营销这样需要快速与外界建立一定关系的部门，要求员工对市场反馈的信息反应迅速，并具备良好的交际能力，适合红色和黄色性格的人。相反，像产品研发技术部、品质保证部、工程部等以技术为主的部门，员工需要具有严谨的思维分析能力，适合以蓝色性格的人。”

在色彩密码的基础上，乐嘉还提出了“性格是天生的，个性可以修炼;动机无法改变，行为可以训练”的观点。这个观点不仅用“个性决定命运”颠覆了传统的“性格决定命运”的论调，更比传统的行为和性格类型论更富实用性。

乐嘉精心设计了自己的形象，光头和左耳带一个耳环，给人感觉又酷又另类。他说话声音响亮，语速时快时慢，尤其是讲到红色性格的人时，会有夸张的热情和极快的语速，语速奇快的时候也让人听得一字不漏。他像演员一样表现四种色彩的性格特征，丰富的肢体语言调动了现场气氛。他鼓励听众成为演讲的一部分，他在台上提问，由听众回答，现场分析听众的性格，由于乐嘉经验丰富，有时听众还未说话，他就先说出了别人的性格。听乐嘉的演讲，是一种绝妙的艺术享受。

墨子是战国时期著名的思想家、科学家，他提倡以人为本。他创立了当时一个非常著名的学派——墨家学派。

墨子的一生中，主要进行两个方面的工作：一是宣扬自己的学说;二就是反对战争。

当时楚国国君楚惠王，一心想让楚国恢复霸主地位，所以不断扩大军队，并准备攻打宋国。

楚惠王重用了最有本领的工匠——公输般，也就是鲁班。公输般替楚王设计了一种专门用来攻城的工具，那是一种非常高的梯子，高得看起来好像可以碰到天上的云一样，所以叫做云梯。

楚国制造云梯的消息一传出去，各诸侯国都很担心，宋国更是觉得就要大祸临头了。

楚国想进攻宋国的事也引起了一些人的反对，其中反对得最厉害的就是墨子了。他反对这种为了争夺城池而使老百姓遭到灾难的混战。所以他一听到这个消息后，就急忙跑到楚国阻止这场战争。为了赶时间，他连脚底走得起了疱也不管，撕下一块衣服，把脚一包就继续前进。

一到都城，墨子就去见公输般，劝他不要制造云梯帮助楚惠王攻打宋国。

可公输般却说自己已经答应楚惠王，不能反悔。墨子就让公输般带他去见楚惠王。

见了楚惠王，墨子很认真地劝说道：“楚国面积总共有五千里那么大，而且物产丰富;而宋国不过五百里左右，土地不肥沃，物产也不丰富。这就好像是大王您有了华贵的车马后，还要去偷人家的破车;扔掉了自己绣上花的丝绸袍子，去偷人家一件旧短褂子一样，是很不值得做的事情!”楚惠王虽然觉得墨子说得很有道理，

但他还是不肯放弃攻打宋国的打算，公输般也对用云梯攻城充满信心。

墨子于是对公输般说：“你能攻我就能守，你不一定能赢的，不信，我们就试试吧。”

于是墨子解下腰带，在地下围成一圈当做城墙，再拿几块小木板当做攻城的工具，叫公输般来模拟一下攻城，好比一比两人的本领。公输般用云梯，墨子就用火箭烧掉云梯;公输般用撞车撞城门，墨子就用滚木礌石砸撞车;公输般用地道，墨子就用烟熏……公输般用了九种攻法，把他能想到的方法都用完了，可墨子还有好些守城的高招没有使出来。

公输般很不服气：“我想出了一个办法来对付你，不过现在我不说。”墨子微微一笑说：“我知道你想用什么办法来对付我，不过我也不说。”

两人说话像打哑谜一样，弄得楚惠王莫名其妙，他问墨子说：“你们究竟在说什么?”

墨子说：“公输般的意思我很清楚，他想把我杀掉，这样，就没有人帮助宋国守城了。其实我在来楚国之前，早就派了三百个徒弟去宋国帮助他们守城了，他们每一个人都学会了我的守城办法。即使把我杀了，楚国也不一定能打赢宋国的。”

楚惠王知道要战胜宋国没了希望，只好对墨子说：“先生的话很有道理，我决定不攻打宋国了。”就这样，墨子阻止了一场战争的发生。在墨子和他弟子的努力下，墨家在战国成了一个重要学派，和儒家一起被称为显学，墨子的弟子遍天下，也得到不少君主的信任和看重。

其实，他并不缺钱，他的居所是350万美元的豪宅。他也并不是乞丐，他之所以17年如一日装扮成乞丐沿街行乞，完全是为了慈善。迄今，虽然已经97岁高龄，但他的演艺事业并没有停止，同时，他的“乞丐”生涯也没有停止。他说：“我只是想帮助他人。”

他的名字叫欧文·科里，是美国著名的喜剧演员，被人称为“老戏骨”，还曾被誉为“世界上最具权威的人”。现在，他又多了一个身份：最著名的“乞丐”。

曾国藩是清朝最有影响的人物之一，无论军事上还是文学上都很有成就。并带出了无湘不成军的神话。但是他小时候的天赋却并不高。有一天在家读书，对一篇文章不知道重复了多少遍，还是没有能够背下来。这时候他家来了一个贼，躲在在他的屋檐下，贼想等到读书人睡觉之后偷点东西。

可是左等右等，就是不见他睡觉，还是翻来覆去地诵读那篇文章。贼大怒，从梁上跳出来说，“这种水平读什么书”?然后将那文章背诵一遍，扬长而去。贼是很聪明，至少比曾先生要聪明，但是他只能成为贼，那贼的记忆力真好，听过几遍的文章都能背下来，可惜，他的天赋没有加上勤奋，变得不知所终，而曾国藩便是凭着勤奋和坚忍的毅力成为一代宗师。

故事感悟:伟大的成功和辛勤的劳动是成正比的，有一分劳动就会有一分收获，日积月累，从少到多，奇迹就可以创造出来。

When people say the word "hero", what will you think? Do you have a hero in your heart? Maybe your hero is a famous singer, a movie star or a great-man. But my hero is around me, who gives me more love than others. She is my mother, the hero in my heart. My mother isnt great in the way of a famous singer or a movie star. She does nothing big, but what she does make others inferior. From her, I learn a lot.

When I was a baby, she taught me how to walk and how to speak. When I go to school, she helps me solve many problems. She also tells me be kind to others. When I do badly in study, she encourages me and tries to cheer me up. My mother is a teacher, and she is always busy with her work. When she corrects students homework, she is always very serious. My mother is responsible to all of her students. She cares much about students study and life, and she tries her best to help students in need.

My mother is a loving mother, a qualified teacher, and a real hero in my heart.

Zhou Enlai was born in Huaian,Jiangsu,on March 5,1898.In 1917,he finished school in Nankai Middle School,and then went to France to learn Marxist theory.In 1922,he joined the Chinese Communist Party.After that,he was active in his work and directed the Party work in Shanghai.

He led the famous uprising①----Nanchang Uprising on August 1st,1927.Then he took part in the Long March.From 1937 to 1945,he worked in South China.

After the Peoples Republic of China was founded,he was elected Premier②of China.He put all his heart into the work and always worked until midnight.He had no time to think about himself,but only the Chinese people.

Premier Zhou died on January 8th,1976.The whole nation was in deep sorrow at his death for he was loved by all the people.Our beloved Premier Zhou will always be alive in our Chinese peoples hearts.He was a great Marxist and communist.
