The Dragon Boat Festival is a lunar (阴历)holiday, occurring (存正)on the fifth

The Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is a significant (有意义的)holiday celebrated

(庆祝)in China, and the one with the longest history (历史最悠久). The Dragon Boat

Festival is celebrated by boat races (龙舟赛) in the shape of dragons. Competing

teams (竞争团队) row their boats forward to a drumbeat (击古)racing to reach the

finish end first.

The boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival are traditional customs

(传统习俗)to attempts to (试图)rescue (搭救) the patriotic poet (爱国诗人)Chu Yuan. Chu Yuan

drowned (溺死) on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month in 277 B.C. Chinese

citizens now throw bamboo leaves (竹叶) filled with cooked rice into the

water.

Therefore the fish could eat the rice rather than the hero poet. This later

on turned into the custom of eating tzungtzu and rice dumplings(棕子).

The celebrations is a time for protection (防护) from evil (邪恶) and disease

(疾病) for the rest of the year. It is done so by different practices such as

hanging healthy herbs on the front door, drinking nutritious concoctions (营养品),

and displaying (展示) portraits (画像) of evils nemesis(邪恶报应), Chung Kuei. If one

manages to (成功做...) stand (直立)an egg on its end at exactly 12:00 noon, the

following year will be a lucky one.

Today, people eat bamboo-wrapped steamed glutinous(粘的) rice dumplings

called zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fish) and race dragon

boats in memory of Qus dramatic death.

雾霾天气我们该如何预防呢?

一、在家不要出来活动，告诉老人、小孩要懂得保护自己。

二、在雾霾天气里，减少出行，出行的时候要带上口罩，避免将空气中的微小颗粒吸入肺中。

三、在雾霾天气里，在家不要开窗换气。

雾霾天气里，我们不但要会“防”，还要能“攻”：

一、新春佳节里，首先我要做到不放鞭炮，并且劝阻亲朋好友不吸烟、不放鞭炮。

二、尽量绿色出行，用自行车代步，少用汽车，不排放尾气，不吹起公路灰尘。

Almost all people work hard for success, but not all people can success.

Many people ask how to make success. I think the answer is persistence. The way

to success is full of failure and difficulty. People should never give up when

meet them. If you give up, you can’t be successful. No matter how hard it is,

persistence must be there.

In my city, it’s so cold and wet in the winter that makes the winter days

much harder to get through. It rains a lot in my hometown, both during the

summer and the winter. I like the cold weather, but not the wet, because it

prevents me going out for fun. It’s much colder when it rains. Besides, when it

rains, the outside is all wet and dirty that makes you keep your foots in door.

And the whole city seems be covered by heavy fog. I always feel upset in such

weather. In one word, the weather is really bad in my city and I don’t like it

The Dragon Boat Festival comes from the story of qu yuan, a patriotic poet qu yuan out a good idea to rich countries qiangming, but not adopted by the king, he was kicked out of the palace. Qu yuan was so angry that he jumped into the miluo river. The local fisherman learned that he rowed a boat to the miluo river to the miluo river. Later, the bamboo tube was changed to zongzi, and the boat was changed to the dragon boat to commemorate qu yuan. Before making zongzi, she prepared herself: boil the leaves of the reeds in the water and wash them separately. When the reed leaves were cold, she began to make zongzi. Her first three leaf, this three leaves into a cone, then put a date first, and then put on inside glutinous rice, middle to clip a few dates, the last thread tied leaves, a rice dumplings wrapped. Her dumplings are fat and big, like the old Buddha sleeping. After the dumplings have finished, mom put them in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes, then another three or four hours to make it taste and then eat it! My mothers dumplings are very fragrant, so that when I see the zongzi, I will eat them. So, when eating zongzi, I always eat a lot!

I like watching dragon boat RACES the most, and dozens of mariners, with their OARS, struggling to make their way to the drum, beat the drum and beat the drum. "Come on, come on! their school work,know that they could at least learn something there.

Besides reading in the library,we can also borrow books with library

cards.But books on loan had to be returned within a couple of weeks.As far as I

know the number of people who borrow books from public libraries is increasing

I go to the City Hall library twice a month to read.

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

With the development of technology, bicycle sharing comes into peoples

lives. It becomes more and more popular and much news reported it. At the same

time, we should see that there are some problems caused by bicycle sharing.

On one side, bicycle sharing makes it very convenient of people traveling.

You can find a bicycle anywhere at any time when you want to go out for a

cycling, and the price of one trip is very low. It cansave time for people. On

the other side, its management is not perfect. Even kids can open the lock and

ride the bicycle, there is no doubt that such behavior is very dangerous. Whats

more, many people deliberately break it, like throw it to the river or destroy

In my opinion, we should take a developing view about bicycle sharing. It

The moment I stepped in high school, I have made up my mind to study hard

for the purpose to enter a good university. In the first year, I made a lot of

new friends. All of them were so excellent that I wanted to learn from them. As

the second year has come, I felt great pressure. My scores went up and down and

expectation .

I have lost a good teacher. Tears will dry up in time, but the memory will

stay for ever.

今天早上，我很早起了床，觉得屋里有点热，于是，我把窗帘给拉开，准备打开一点窗子吹吹风。

我刚打开窗子，被眼前的景象惊呆了。只见外面的世界成了乳白色，更本看不清外面。妈妈起床了，我带妈妈到窗口看，妈妈也吓了一大跳。我问妈妈:“为什么今天又雾霾，而且这么大?”妈妈回答我说：“因为空气被污染了，所以有雾霾，以后我们要保护好环境。”

9点了，我们要出门了，我以为雾霾已经消散了，可是我到楼洞口的时候，外面还是白茫茫的一片什么也看不见。妈妈对爸爸说：“今天别开车了，太危险了，不是你开车闯到别人就是别人开车闯到你，我们还是做公交车吧!”我突然觉的很奇怪，就问妈妈：“妈妈，你说雾霾天气不能开车，那我们坐公交车那不和爸爸开车一样吗!”妈妈笑着回答我说：“呵呵，公交车大呀，容易让别的车注意。”

我和爸爸、妈妈在车站等车，这时候，我看见一个叔叔的手正在向妈妈的包包慢慢地靠近，我觉得是小偷。于是，我拽了拽妈妈的衣服，妈妈问我怎么了，我瞪了那个叔叔一眼。妈妈看了看，把手提包摘下来放到另一这胳膊上，那个小偷以为被发现了，就悄悄的溜走了。这时，我想：雾霾天气时便宜那些小偷了，不过要想偷我妈妈的东西，可的很难得，因为我妈妈和我都非常警戒。

到了妈妈上班的地方，时间一分一秒的过去，到了中午，我准备帮隔壁店的张子怡姐姐装饰圣诞树。但是雾霾天空还是一片白色。

今天这一天让我知道了，我们要保护坏境，不会再有这样的雾霾天出现。
