“春节到，人欢笑，贴窗花，放鞭炮……”春节是中国传统节日，在每年的农历一月初一。春节也是我最喜欢的节日，在春节里，我最喜欢做的事情是做炸油角。

准备过春节了，我和妈妈在市场上买做炸油角的材料，材料有生的花生、白芝麻、沙糖、椰蓉、鸡蛋、面粉、猪油。回到家后，妈妈把方法告诉了我，我就开始做了。首先我把花生放进锅里，把花生炒成像金子一样的颜色，放进干净的塑料袋里，里面不能有水，我用擀面杖把花生压碎成小颗粒，这项工作看似简单，其实不简单，把压碎的花生倒入碗里，再把沙糖、白芝麻、椰蓉倒进另一个碗里做馅，然后把猪油倒进另一个碗，加热。我把面粉小心翼翼地倒进碗里，妈妈在一旁提醒：“昊昊，不要把面粉倒出来。”加一点水，打上鸡蛋，放进猪油，我用力地揉，我揉得手都要断了，终于揉好了，再把保鲜膜把碗包起来放半小时。半小时终于过去了，我捏了一点面团，用擀面杖把面团碾成非常扁，然后用水杯在面皮上面印，要一个挨着一个，把那些圆形的面皮拿起来，把馅放进去，对折成钱包状，再放进倒满油的锅里，等油角变成金黄色的时候，把油角捞出来就可以吃了。

功夫不负有心人，经过努力，我终于把油角做出来了，春节真是既好吃又好玩。

My Favorite Festival

There are many festivals in a year, I love Children’s day, because on that day, I can have many candies from school. In the school, i will play many games, there will be no class on Children’s day, everybody will have fun. Children’s day is my favorite day, the day belongs to me. I enjoy that day so much. 欢度元宵

过完热热闹闹的春节后，最让人期盼的节日就是元宵节了。据说，元宵节在两千多年前的西汉时期就有了，元宵节赏花灯也是起源于西汉的明帝时期。元宵节是中华民族的传统节日，做汤圆、吃汤圆、闹元宵是元宵节的传统习俗。

元宵节这一天的清早，奶奶早早地备好了做汤圆的材料，我们一家人一起动手做起了汤圆。奶奶把汤圆粉放入水中搅拌，接着揉成一个大米浆团，再掰成一小块一小块，然后我们七手八脚地把一个个小米浆团捏成小碗状，再装上甜甜的馅，最后在手心搓成圆形。一个个小汤圆搓好后，又白又胖的，真像弟弟胖乎乎的小圆脸。我们一家吃着自己亲手做的汤圆，心里甜滋滋的。

吃完晚餐，我们一家人一起去江滨公园看花灯。远远望去，江滨公园挂满了各式各样的花灯，红的光、绿的光、黄的光不停地闪烁着。走入公园，我们仿佛置身一片灯的海洋中。首先映入眼帘的是一只硕大无比的金猪，金猪手中捧着一个大大的福字，看上去萌态十足，它是来给人们送福来了。

我们随熙熙攘攘的人群缓缓移动，有太多吸引眼球的花灯了：有蘑菇花灯，有船型花灯，有孔雀开屏，有兔子花灯，还有大树花灯。最受小朋友们欢迎的就是猪猪侠花灯了，猪猪侠披着红色披风，手里拿着超级棒棒糖，它就是正义的化身，很多小朋友们都围着它拍照。我最喜欢时光隧道了，时光隧道约3米长，2米高，隧道里闪闪发光，犹如天上的星星一样亮晶晶的，走到里面，旋转的灯光，让我们感觉穿梭于时空中，似乎要走向一个崭新而又美好的时代。

逛了许久，天色见晚，人群慢慢散去，但我们仍意犹未尽，依依不舍，真希望这节日的脚步慢点走。
