1.格式是否正确

刚开始，使学生感到写作文，批作文都不难，作文指导《小学作文批改要求》。随随便便地写，老师只要求同学们作文的格式正确，批改作文时只写一条关于格式的批语。批作文的时候要抽签，谁都有可能抽到全班任何一个人的。抽到人家的作文本，打开作文一看，格式没锗，便拿出红笔，写上批语：1.格式正确。批文用减分法，此项倘不减分，此文则为满分，然后签上批改人的尊姓大名。

2.卷面是否整洁

显然这一条又是大家都能看得出来的。后进学生批改别人作文，指出卷面不整洁时，下次自己写作文也注意卷面了。

3.错别字几个

发现错字，要将错字在原文处打上标记，并且写到批语处，再在后面写上正字。发现错别字，每两个扣1分，最多扣5分。10个以上也不再多扣，但要一一给予指正。

4.有几处病句

挑出一篇作文中的病句，凡病句，都要在下面划上横线，写出病在何处，再在文后批语中，写清病句几处。每处病句减1分，减至5分，不再多减。

5.标点符号有几处明显错误

强调句号、引号、叹号、问号的使用。发现明显错误的地方，有一处扣一分，有五处扣五分，超过五处，不再多扣。

以上五条，都是写文章最低的要求，学生经过三、四篇文章的批改实践，就能够掌握。再批改两三篇，掌握得比较熟练了，再一条一条地增加新的要求。

6.看文章的中心是否鲜明、集中

这两点在作文指导时，就具体举例，告诉学生什么叫鲜明、集中。学生批改之前，老师先大致看几篇文章，在进行批改指导时，又简介两篇好的文章，再举两篇中心不突出，不集中的例文，学生从老师举的正反两方面的例文，举一反三，就能批得符合实际。

7.看文章的选材

这条批语提三点要求：①是否围绕中心。②是否符合生活实际。③是否具有典型性。这三点中最要紧的是第一点，随着作文水平的提高，才提出选材具有典型性的要求。

8. 看文章的结构

就结构而言，也要写清三点批语：①层次段落是否清晰。②过渡是否自然。③开头和结尾是否照应。

9.看表达方式

主要看其是否符合文章体裁的要求，记叙文以记叙为主，说明文以说明为主，议论文当然以议论为主。除此之外，还要看其是否符合作文指导的要求。

10.看语言是否简练、通顺、准确

语言不简练，重复、罗嗦者酌情扣分，此项不超过二分。语言不通顺，不是指有病句，而是指句与句之间衔接不连贯者，扣分也不超过二分。

后五条要求，每条5分，不做太具体的减分规定，由批改人酌情处理。每个人都要在作文本上写出十个方面的批语，一般情况一篇作文的批语都在200字以上。

那年我刚满六岁，平日里跟着一群小伙伴四处乱蹿，一会儿去田里抓青蛙，一会儿去菜地捉蚂蚱，一会儿上山摘竹叶当笛吹……我们都玩腻了，就坐在一起绞尽脑汁想新点子：摘果子？不行，会挨骂；捉蝴蝶？不好玩；爬树？危险；玩泥巴？没意思……我们急得满头大汗，我想：要不抓鸡吧，既有趣又好玩。我把我的想法告诉伙伴们，她们都拍手称好。我们就开始抓鸡了，我威风地走在最前面，几只鸡朝我们走来，它们抖动着羽毛，张开翅膀向我们示威，我气得火冒三丈，猛地扑了上去，一只鸡来不及跑，被我一把抓住，关进了我们准备好的笼子里面去了，我得意洋洋地对它说：“小样，跟我斗，你还嫩着呢！”

那么怎样才能养成讲文明礼貌的习惯呢？首先要重视自身的道德修养。一个人的思想、行为，对别人、对社会是有益还是有害，要有一个衡量的准则，我们通常把这种衡量和指导人们思想、行为的准则，叫做道德。而礼貌与道德是互为表里的。礼貌是道德的外衣，道德是礼貌的内涵，因此，我们要认清哪些是我们应该做的，哪些是我们不应该做的，以此来规范我们的行为。其次，采取一些有效措施，来培养习惯。比如，在生活中我们常常看到在放置着“不准践踏草地”、“请您足下留情”告示牌的公园里、绿化带中，照样有人践踏青草。光靠布置告示来提醒，对有些人看来是无效了，他们对这些告示倒不一定是故意违反，因此，在没有养成好的习惯的时候，采取一些强制手段也是十分必要的。

一、传统文化青少年的关系

中国传统文化是中华民族几千年来勤劳与智慧的结晶。《唐诗》、《宋词》、《论语》、《孟子》等都是其中出类拔萃的经典作品。因为它们是文明的精髓，是中国古代思想的化身，不管经过多少年风吹雨打的磨砺，它们永远站在时代的最前沿，永不收敛它们夺目的锋芒。正因为如此，对于今天的青少年而言，它们的意义仍是极其深远的。

这些传统文化是一种宝贵的精神给养，它们本身就有很深很浓的古典韵味，能陶冶我们的情操，休养我们的品性，对我们自身素养的发展起到十分重要的引导作用。可以这样说，这些散发着沁人清香的传统文化，离我们越近，就越能给予我们温暖、感悟和力量。因此，我们应选择把属于我们自己的传统文化带在身边，种在心里。

而另一方面，青少年是我们国家和民族的未来，我们的传统文化必定要经过它们的双手代代相传。如何才能让传统文化生生不息，融入今后每个国人的灵魂，也与青少年对传统文化的认识有着密切的关系。

二、传统文化在青少年中

一日，语文老师在课堂上讲了一个句子：“子在川上曰：‘逝者如斯夫。’”同学们在台下茫然的看着老师。老师问道：“你们知道这个‘子’是谁吗？”大家面面相觑，一阵交头接耳的唏嘘声后，仍是无人应答，只有一位同学似乎略有所思地喃喃道：“是孟子还是庄子？”老师见此情此景，几乎无言以对，只好大吼：“是孔子！”这时，大家才恍然大悟似的“哦”了起来。老师呆在那里，半天说不出话来。这是一个真实的故事，发生在一所中学的初一课堂上。

或许你会认为是这所学校的教育质量太差，但是，《新闻周刊》曾于2004年5月4日在《当代青年对中国传统文化的认知与态度》一文中公布了一组数据：“当被问到”对于古代经史子集“的阅读情况时，有79%的人答”偶尔翻阅“，13%的人答”敬而远之“，表示”深恶痛绝“者有2%，只有6%的人说”爱不释手“。而对于四大文学名着，答”都看过“的有27%，”多次看过“的15%，而只”看过其中一两部“的却高达48%。”在对于传统艺术的喜爱程度这方面上，“有42%的人表示对于京剧或其他某个地方剧种”可以去看看“，与表示”不感兴趣“的一样多(42%)，还有4%的人表示”非常讨厌“，只有11%的人”非常喜欢“。”

尽管这已经是2004年的事了，可直至今日，这种问题并未随着时间的年轮而销声匿迹，反而又“重出江湖”了。近日，我在网上偶然看到了《红楼梦》的“非主流”版。图片中的林妹妹剪着碎发，颓废地坐倚在阑干上，死气焉焉的样子；薛宝钗也染了发，一脸的盛气凌人。这还是昔日的古典名着《红楼梦》吗？这简直是在亵渎，在糟蹋中国的传统文化。要是曹雪芹先生还在世，看到这些，必定要失声痛哭了。

全世界被翻译成最多语言的书，第一本是《圣经》，第二本就是中国的《老子》。国外的大街小巷中到处都是人们捧着《圣经》的影子，而在中国，又有几个人曾翻开过《老子》的扉页呢？

这些所有，都向我们极其严肃的揭示了一个问题，并督促我们：“必须加强对青少年的传统文化教育！”

三、如何对青少年进行传统文化教育

有问题就要想方设法去解决，在这里，我仅提出我的几点建议。

1、开设专门的传统文化教育课程。让青少年认真学好一样东西的前提就是兴趣。因此，传统文化教育课程应竭力做到生动活泼，情趣盎然。在课堂上，老师要尽可能绘声绘色地向同学们讲述一些关于诸子百家及中国古代各派名人的故事，可配有观动画、看电影等多媒体娱乐活动以吸引学生注意力，启发学生思维，让他们能津津有味地听课。

2、将传统文化作为学生学业考核项目。这是通过考试来引起青少年对传统文化的重视，但又必须区别于其他考试，否则岂不是又要让学生们叫苦连天了？因此，我们要采用不同的形式。考试时，只需回答最基本、最简单的填空选择题，而想获得高分，就得靠平时的努力。老师将根据你平时在课堂上的认真积极程度进行主要评分，此外将测试你的古典作品阅读量来作为另一个评分要点。而这门课的总分值又占得不是很大，以20~40分为最佳。这样就能达到既不给学生施加太大压力，又能更好实现传统文化教育的完美目的。

3、利用假期组织学生举办夏令营活动。在夏令营活动中，带领学生参观孔庙、名人故居或历史博物馆等具有传统文化教育意义的地方，还可以举行演讲传统故事、诵读经书、诗歌、唱戏曲等丰富多彩的表演活动。让学生们进一步亲身感受传统文化的魅力，更细致的了解传统文化的内涵，在实践中思考，在娱乐中学习，与传统文化零距离接触，让传统文化渗入他们心中。

对青少年进行传统文化教育，不仅是老师、家长、学校，更是整个社会，整个民族，整个国家的责任。让我们一起努力，将传统文化一代又一代的延传下去，发扬光大！
