风风雨雨，朝朝暮暮;花开花谢，潮起潮落。在不经意间，我走过了小学六年生涯。六年来，每一个欢笑，每一滴泪水，每一段故事，每一次经历，每一声感动，都使我难以忘怀。可是，近期以来，在我国的福建南平、广东雷州、江苏泰兴，这一起又一起令人发指的校园血案，令人震惊。

3月23日，福建南平男子郑民生持刀在南平实验小学大门口行凶，杀死8名、重伤5名小学生，制造南平惨案。

4月12日16时30分左右，广西合浦县西镇小学门前约400米处发生凶杀事件，2名死者中一名为8岁小学生，另一名为老年女性。5名伤者包括：两名小学生、一名未入学小孩和一对中年夫妇。

4月28日下午15时左右，广东省湛江市下辖雷州市雷城第一小学发生凶杀案。一名男子冲进校园，持刀砍伤十余名学生和1名教师。

4月29日上午9时40分，江苏泰兴市泰兴镇中心幼儿园发生恶性伤人事件，一名男子持刀冲入幼儿园，砍伤30余人，其中包括幼儿、教师、保安。

4月30日上午，山东省潍坊市坊子区九龙街道尚庄村村民王永来强行闯入尚庄小学，用铁锤打伤5名学前班学生，然后点燃汽油自焚。

全国不到一个半月竟连发了5起校园血案，究竟是谁伤害这些无辜的生命?究竟是为了什么污染这些纯洁的心灵?罪犯因为自己的行为付出了生命的代价，当这些无辜的孩子的生命之花凋谢的时候,他们的理想和奋斗永远地失去了价值,他们的母亲永远失去了孩子,他们的家庭永远失去了未来……“生命”，一个多么鲜活的词语;“安全”，一个多么古老的话题;“幸福”一个多么美妙的境界。

我们小学生正处于生理的发育阶段，心理非常单纯，最容易受到各种各样的伤害。但是，生命总是眷顾有安全意识的人，而安全意识是从日常行为中体现出来的。我希望同学们做到“四防”，即：防火——严禁玩火，禁止把火源带入学校，杜绝火灾事故发生，一旦遭遇火灾，要学会正确的逃生方法;防水——严禁私自下河洗澡，杜绝溺水事故的发生，如果发生同伴溺水的危急事情，要马上就近找到大人求救，千万不能因为害怕而逃离现场;防盗——关好门窗，注意自身财物的保管;防自身安全——自觉遵守公共秩序、社会公德和学校安全常规，严禁课间或户外活动时不听从老师教导、追逐吵闹伤害事故的发生。

我是xx班的一名学生。在六年的学习、生活中，学校、老师给了我们无微不至的关怀和教育，使我们从一个不懂事的小孩成长为一名合格的毕业生。如今，我们就要离开学校了，离开那里的一切。我真有点舍不得。

现在，我们的学校发展得很好，电脑室、自然室、语音室应有尽有，成为了设施完备的学校，老师也是经过精挑细选才进来的，所以，大家在这里学习得也很轻松、愉快。但是，作为学校和老师，工作都不会十全十美的。因此，我在这儿给学校提几项建议：

1、多派一些人手管理楼梯口，特别是在升旗、做操上下楼时，维持秩序，不让楼道拥挤、造成堵塞。如果可以的话，把大家上下楼的时间错开，让楼上的先下，下完以后，楼下的再走。这样，楼道就会宽松许多，不容易发生意外事故。

2、上英语课、美术课到语音室、美术室去上，不要让他们空着不用。早日把电脑安装在教室里，使我们上课的时候老师可以更加生动、形象地把有关资料展示出来。

3、恢复“生活实践周”活动，让同学们学会自理生活，和其他人友好相处。还可以带大家去军训，让我们体会其中的困难，还可以锻炼身体，磨练意志。

4、将图书馆开放，想借书的同学可以办理“借书卡”，在图书馆里可增派几名管理员，检查监督读书情况，还可以在同学们中调查一下大家喜欢哪种书，再去买一些回来，这样既开阔了我们的视野，又培养了我们爱书、护书及遵纪守法的意识，真是一举两得啊！

5。在体育课上多开设一些课程，比如踢足球、打篮球、打乒乓球等，这样可以让我们多掌握一些技巧，再加上长期锻炼，我们的身体会更加好的。

加强校园安全管理是学校全体教职员工的共同任务，我们必须把安全工作放在各项工作的首位。强化安全意识，严格管理，牢固树立“安全重于泰山”的思想，认真贯彻落实“安全第一，预防为主”的方针和“谁主管，谁负责”的原则;时刻对学生进行安全教育，毫不松懈，切实地做好学校安全工作，确保学校财产及师生人身安全、维护社会稳定，为做好教育、教学工作奠定了坚实的基础。通过参加全国中小学、幼儿园校(园)长安全管理远程培训，现结合我校安全工作，谈一些个人看法：

一、要抓意识，始终绷紧校园安全这条弦 校园安全事故往往具有不可预见性、突发性、群体性，你不知道它会在什么时候，以什么方式出现，而且，一旦发生，就会产生伤害性的后果，给师生安全、给校园稳定与教育和谐造成巨大影响。虽然近年来，校园安全事故中，由学校负直接安全责任的事件不多，但是涉及学校管理缺失，教育缺位的问题还是存在的。部分事件中的家长就是抓住这一点，提出高额索赔要求，处理过程被动，处理难度加大，有的甚至引发群体性冲击校园、群体性上访等恶性事件。 意识这一道“篱笆”如果一不扎紧，事故这匹“狼”就会乘虚而入。在任何时候，校长始终抓住“安全意识”这条弦，不仅要抓师生的安全意识，更要把自己摆进去，抓自己的安全意识，只有切实提高自己的安全意识，才能真正把安全工作放在管理的第一位，才会在考虑学校管理的时候，在实施教育教学行为的时候，站在安全的角度多想一步。 为了进一步做好安全工作，我校成立安全工作领导机构，切实加强对安全工作的领导，学校把安全工作列入重要议事日程，在安全教育工作中，我校认真实施“一把手”工程，学校校长直接抓，分管副校长具体抓，学校政教处、保卫科以及各部门、班主任具体分工负责组织实施。建立健全安全工作制度，做到分工明确，责任到人，安全工作时时有人抓，处处有人管。

二、制度保证措施到位

(一)、建立安全工作领导责任制和责任追究制。将安全工作列入各处室的目标考核内容，并进行严格考核，严格执行责任追究制度，对造成重大安全事故的，要严肃追究有关领导及直接责任人的责任。 校长、书记对学校安全工作负全责。学校政教处、保卫科、教务处等职能部门的负责人都有自己的明确的安全工作责任。我们教师的安全工作责任是：

(1)、认真执行安全生产和安全防火有关政策、法令及本校各项制度，对本班的各项安全管理和防火工作负责。(2)、结合学科、班级特点开展形式多样的安全教育活动，增强学生安全意识。

(3)、上课前清点学生人数，对无故不到者应及时通知班主任或家长，课堂上教师不得中途离开教室。

(4)、课间要注意观察学生行为动态，发现安全隐患及时处理。

(5)、在计算机室、实作室及教室上课，要加强对学生的管理，防止学生触摸电器及易燃、易爆、有害物品。室外课要做好学生的安全保护工作。

(二)、签订责任书。学校与处室和班主任、教师层层签订责任书，明确各自的职责。每年“五一”、“十一”等长假前后学校还与学生家长签订了安全责任书，明确了家长应做的工作和应负的责任。将安全教育工作列为对教职员工考核的重要内容，实行一票否决制度。贯彻“谁主管，谁负责” 的原则，做到职责明确，责任到人。

(三)、不断完善学校安全工作规章制度。建立学校安全工作的各项规章制度，并根据安全工作形势的发展，不断完善充实。建立健全定期检查和日常防范相结合的安全管理制，以及学生管理、领导值班、值周值勤、防火防灾、食品卫生管理、防火安全管理、体育器材检查、健康体检等规章制度。严禁私自利用节假日办班招生，严禁学生参加商业性庆典活动，严禁组织学生从事不符合国家有关规定的危险性工作，在校外开展的社会实践活动要坚持就近、徒步、安全第一的原则。对涉及学校安全的各项工作，都要做到有章可循，违章必究，不留盲点，不出漏洞。

(四)、建立学校安全意外事故处置预案制度。学校建立事故处置领导小组，制定了意外事故处置预案制度。

三、齐抓共管群防群治 学校安全教育工作是一项社会性的系统工程，需要社会、学校、家庭的密切配合。我校积极与公安、综合治理等部门通力合作，做好学校安全教育工作。学校除开设安全、健康课程外，还定期开展了一系列安全教育活动，如：青少年自救自护知识讲座，传染病的预防与治疗橱窗专刊，健康法制小报，主题班会等，取得了良好的教育效果。

四、抓教育，人人学会安全防卫技能 普及安全知识，增强学生的安全意识，提高防范能力，既是提高学生整体素质的成长需求，也是消除安全隐患，防范安全故的现实需求。从一些国内的火灾新闻报到中可以发现，我们普通公民在突了事故中的自救逃生能力与国外比是相当欠缺的，911事件中，在有限时间内，大楼内就有上万人被疏散，尽最大可能使伤亡人数降到了最低，这就是教育的因素。加强安全教育的针对性和实效性，特别是在技能演练方面要进一步加强，针对如何使用灭火器、如何实生紧急疏散、如何开展逃生自救等方面大力组织师生学习、演练，不仅要让安全防卫知识人人皆懂，而且还要让安全防卫技能人人都会。

Nearly every day, there are reports to the security office on campus that valuable things are stolen away. A surrounding with stealing and mugging can’t be worse for studying. In such cases, what measures should be taken to improve the campus security?

On one hand, we students should strengthen our security awareness. Once we smell out something unusual, we should report it to the campus guard immediately. On the other hand, more equipment such as monitors should be installed on campus so as to detect crimes as soon as possible. However, you generally shouldnt waste time finding a damp rag in an emergency; its also dangerous to use a faucet to wet a damp rag depending on the severity of the fire, as if the water pipes in your home are exposed to high temperatures the water traveling through them may be converted to steam which will blast out of the faucet and cause burns.

Make sure your children know how to correctly stop, drop, and roll and feel confident in the fact that it works. It smothers the fire and deprives it of oxygen, which puts out the flames.

The usual response to clothing catching on fire is to run around and flail about wildly, which only exposes the fire to more oxygen and feeds the flames. Your children should also know to touch door handles before opening the door to see if they are hot. If they are, it means that theres a fire in the next room, and they should leave the door closed and find another route out of the house.

Make sure your children understand that they should never play with lighters or matches. Fires started by playing with these things are the leading cause of fire-related injuries in children under five years old.

Many children are fascinated by lighters and matches and want to experiment with lighting things on fire to see what happens. Hide lighters and matches in your home and keep them out of the reach of your children in order to cut down on the temptation. Make sure all flammable liquids such as gasoline and lighter fluid are securely stored out of the reach of your kids.

Do regular fire drills to practice your evacuation plan so that your family knows what to do in an emergency. Make sure everyone knows all the possible exit points of the house that they can use; a fire in your home will be a chaotic situation, and its best to make sure all members of your family know your evacuation plan well enough so that it is second nature and they dont have to waste time thinking if a fire starts. Quick, determined response to a fire will save your family members lives.

尽管生活中有不可避免的突发灾难，未知遭遇常让我们胆战心惊，手足无措，但研究表明，通过加强自我保护意识，提高自我保护能力，若能在灾难和伤害降临的初期，及时采取正确的措施，80%的伤害是可以避免的。

第四、要注意食品卫生安全。现在夏季刚过，食物容易变质。不要到无牌小店去购买食品，建议大家中午最好都在学校食堂就餐。

第五、要注意教室的安全。学生上课离开本班教室一定要关好门窗，不能给不法分子有可乘之机;还有个别学生把球带到教室，在走廓上踢球，这种行为既违反了校规，又存在着很大的安全隐患，试想一想，若把玻璃窗踢碎，玻璃片飞入哪一位同学的眼中，哪后果是不堪设想的。希望有这种违纪行为的同学要立即改正。

第六、要注意交通安全。我们现在还没到法定骑车年龄，千万不可骑车上学。坐公共汽车上学的同学上下车和横穿马路时都要格外注意安全。

第七、自己的所作所为也要有安全意识。青少年时期容易冲动，容易感情用事，因此，在同学间遇到矛盾时，一定要冷静，要理智，切忌用拳头代替说理，给自己和同学带来不良的后果。

第八、要注意实验课的安全。在上实验课前一定要认真听老师讲解注意事项;在做实验时要严格按照要求来做。

第九、在校外不能随便把自己的家庭住址、父母姓名、联系方式等给陌生人或者培训机构，以免给骗子以可乘之机。
