At the Festival, all traditions are honored. The predominant colors are red and gold. "Good Wish" banners are hung from the ceilings and walls. The "God of Fortune" is there to give Hong Baos. Lion dancers perform on stage continuously. Visitors take home plants and flowers symbolizing good luck. An array of New Years specialty food is available in the Food Market. Visitors purchase new clothing, shoes and pottery at the Market Fair. Bargaining for the best deal is commonplace!

妈妈经常鼓励我，可是我每次玩的时候都把妈妈的话当作耳旁风。我每次都想找我最喜欢，最觉得亲切的老师倾诉，可现实却显得我太愚笨，老师们是深不可测的，她的表面是那么的亲切，可是你仔细去观察。并不是，老师不过是对我们学生每天微笑，其实是很累的我本不知道老师为什么要以微笑面对，可是我们做学生的是否每天也已微笑来面对老师呢？老师们总以为我们对老师并没有隔阂，可是实际证明隔阂是很大的。因为我们对于“老师”这个不可数的词再熟悉不过，在害怕不过了。我的心情好糟。

我的心情好糟，我不知道为什么，可能是因为我的成绩太糟了，也许是对老师失望了，应该是嫌妈妈说我的缘故吧，我也不知道，我的心情好糟。

Morality and Education

It is recognized by everybody that the strength of a country depends upon its education. The higher the education standards, the stronger the country becomes. That is true indeed.

But my opinion is that, in order to make a country strong, education alone is not sufficient. It should go side by side with morality.

Morality and education are the foundation of a country. The absence of either makes success impossible. Education without morality is dangerous. Morality without education is also harmful. ( 85 words)

道德与教育

每个人都认识到国力的强大依靠教育。教育水平越高，国家就越强盛，这是千真万确的。

但我的观点是，为了国家的强盛，单独的教育是不够的，教育与道德应双管齐下，不能偏颇。

道德与教育是国家的基石，缺少任何一个，成功都是不可能的。没有道德的教育是危险的，而没有教育的道德是有害的。
