听完详细的制作流程介绍，我兴高采烈地做了起月饼来。我先把粉抹在手上，几次调整后总算搞定了比较适量的面粉，然后再把面团压扁，接着左手拿面皮，右手拿馅儿，用皮一点一点包住馅儿。包成一个球形之后，把这个圆球塞进带有图案的模子里，用手掌按平，再左敲敲、右敲敲，上敲敲、下敲敲，等把模子里的月饼敲松了，再把它抖出来。哈，一个花纹清晰美观的月饼诞生了！我特意在自己做的月饼上做了记号。妈妈和店主直夸我做得有模有样，十分精致。首战告捷，我好开心！……

我们把做好的月饼放进了一个大烤箱里。过了半个多小时，香喷喷的味道迎面扑来。打开炉门我拿起自己做的月饼打量一番，确定是自己做的，然后咬了一口，啊，甜而不腻、又香又软，让人吃了一个还想再来一个。

今天是个特别让人愉快的日子，我亲自了一回月饼，那感觉真是妙不可言！

我便对爷爷说了这件事，爷爷笑着说：“好啊、好啊，孙女教我学英文。”于是，我从最基本的教起，我大声念了一句：“Hellow”。爷爷笑哈哈地跟着说：“哗啰”。我纠正道：“是Hellow，不是哗啰。再跟我念一遍，Hellow”。爷爷还是笑嘻嘻说成了“哗啰”。我有点生气了，转过身去不理睬爷爷。爷爷似乎知道我不高兴了，不知从哪来变出来一个红彤彤的大苹果，伸到我的面前对我说：“哗啰，吃‘冰果’喽！”。估计爷爷想说苹果的英文，可是又不会说，所以自己瞎编了一个，读成了“冰果”。这下我忍不住“扑哧”一声笑了出来，我从爷爷手里拿了苹果，我看了看苹果，大口大口地吃了起来。

中秋节快到了，以前都是吃别人做的月饼，可这一次我要吃自己做的月饼。在这个暑假，我和佳佳姐姐一起去做月饼。

早晨，当我们来到做月饼的地方时，已经有三位阿姨在那揉面了，她们配合得十分融洽。一位阿姨正在揉面，另外两个阿姨把面揉成团，然后整整齐齐地排好顺序，装进方形的铁盒里。她们动作娴熟，形成一条生产流水线。看到这儿，我已经迫不及待地想要开始动手了。

在大师们的指导下，我认认真真地开始学习做月饼。我把手洗得干干净净的，一切准备就绪。我先把两个揉好的面团放进铁盘里，因为面里加了许多油喝许多鸡蛋，所以摸上去滑滑的。面皮准备好就要开始做馅了，大概是有三斤火腿，不过已经是加了蜂蜜的，还有白糖，猪油，玫瑰花瓣……香香的火腿味道配上淡淡的玫瑰花香，烤出来一定很好吃!接下来就是包月饼，这是最难的一个步骤，我学了好久都没有学会，一不小心就会把皮弄破了。最后我想到了一个好办法，我把弄破皮的月饼做成小鱼的形状，这样那些露在外面的花瓣就像小鱼的花纹就不会让人感觉到那是一个露馅的月饼了。不一会儿，刚刚放进烤箱的月饼就新鲜出炉了，香气扑鼻，闻起来就想流口水，我尝了尝，真好吃!

可爱的小月饼要开始包装了。其实包装也并不是很难，只要按顺序进行，细心一点就可以做好。

今天，我不仅吃到了香香的月饼，而且还学到了一个道理：生活中处处都有学习的地方，我们要留心观察，虚心请教，努力做好每一件事情，就会收获灿烂的阳光。

今天，正是我最喜欢的节日。那就是中秋节！叮铃铃，电话响了，原来是妈妈打来的，妈妈说他买了月饼吃！

时间回到2017年……

掐指一算，还有几周就到八月十五中秋节了。超市里挂满了促销活动的牌子，那几百盒包装精致的月饼，在推销员那甜美的笑容映衬下显得那么诱人。正当我伸长脖子拼命伸手准备去拿一盒时，一个冰冷的声音打破了我的幻想：“别想了，我带你回家做月饼。”什么，做月饼，这还能吃吗？

回到家，我闷闷不乐地看着爸爸准备做月饼的工具。爸爸倒是乐呵呵地走来，说：“开始吧，先和面。”我只好找来水和面粉，胡乱一糊弄，爸爸看出我心不在焉，便对我说：“做什么事情都要认真。如果一个人连这一点都做不到，那做这件事还有什么意义？”对，做什么事都要集中注意力！想到这里，我便努力开始和面，不一会儿，面和完了。这时爸爸也很快把馅做好了。我们便进入了下一个过程，包月饼。

我们先把面团切成一条一条，在每一条里我们都放上面粉，然后把每条切成大小相等的5份。我用擀面杖把它们擀成圆圆的薄片。再把馅放在面皮中间，然后开始包月饼。

不想问题又来了，我用力过猛，一下子把馅给捏了出来，我又拿了一张面皮，但又不小心抓破了。我就这样试了好几次，还是包不好。我便泄气了，把东西往桌子上一扔，走出了厨房。

爸爸又看见了我的举动，他非但没有骂我，还对我说：“你有没有坚持，你想，如果你继续练习，总会成功做出一个月饼。”爸爸的话，像泉水流过心田。我回到厨房，重新拿起菜谱，认真包起了月饼，不一会儿，几十个圆饼出现在盘子里。

我拿出印模，在每一张饼上都按压了一下，一个个月饼就像变魔法般出现在盘子里。我把它们刷上了蛋黄水，烤了一会儿，便出现了一个个金黄色的月饼。竟然和商场里的一模一样。我尝了一口，又香又甜。

太庙社区的叔叔阿姨们先给我们点名，再把我们分成了三组。开始学做月饼了，叔叔阿姨们先拿出准备好的面团，给我们示范：先把面团揉圆，再压扁成一个圆形的薄饼，接着在薄饼中心放上蓝梅馅，然后就象做包子一样旁边的面皮把蓝梅馅包起来。之后把包好蓝梅馅的面团揉圆，最后放到已经准备好的压制模型架上一压，一个月饼就诞生了。我们都很专心致志地听着细致的讲解，看着蓝梅月饼的诞生过程，心中充满了新奇。之后就是我们自己动手做月饼了。我先挑了个肥头大耳的面团，心里想着最好做个大大的月饼。于是我按老师教的步骤认真做，可是我第一个做的月饼很不整齐，有些凹凸不平。我有些懊恼，仔细回想了过程，可能面团挑得太大，而且模具的图案上没清理干净，所以做出的月饼不显图案。我做第二个月饼的时候就吸取了前面的教训，一步一步仔细做，最后终于在我手上诞生了一个美轮美奂玫瑰花图案的月饼。

做完月饼后，社区的叔叔阿姨们还给我们一起做游戏，其中我最喜欢的就是知识竟答：有关中秋节的知识。时间很快就过去了，我们最后还领了奖品，这真是一次难忘快乐的活动！

终于父母选择了创业，而我也能深刻地感受到了家中变化。现在总能提前感受到中秋的气息了，中秋前几天，批发商总会送来几盒月饼。大红的包装，象征着喜庆的火红，不同的，是各色的包装：印着月亮嫦娥的铁红盒子，表面镂空的纸板包装，嵌着镏金大字的纸袋······带着诱惑的色泽，却在父母面前一度失了色！中秋，父母更忙了，工人不得不放假，父母却因此要辛苦赶工，连晚饭都顾不上。而这时，月饼才拥有了它的价值，父母总是匆匆撕开包装，两三口就和着白开水吞下月饼，又返回去继续赶工。独自吞着月饼，我不禁在怀疑，父母究竟有没有把我刚刚那句“最中间的是蛋黄月饼”放在心上······浓香的月饼，就像打开了酸的闸门，酸酸的，是内心仅剩的感觉······

现在，父母的一切终于都已经步入了正轨，学校也开始为中秋放假，喜悦着，期待着······然而，这一切终究是徒劳！每个中秋，父母都像是飞速旋转而不得停歇的陀螺，被一根无形的绳鞭驱赶着······赵钱孙李，凡是往来比较多的客户，父母都会上门一一送上月饼。记忆中的这一天，父母的电话总是忙音，而脑海中剩下的，则是那飞速旋转的四个车轮······亘古不变的，是我独自尝着月饼，倚在阳台上，望着月宫，依旧幻想着，在心中问候着嫦娥：在华丽的月宫中，你是否也会羡慕凡间如我手中的这只月饼呢？其实每年的中秋，我都是清楚的那根驱赶父母的无形的鞭是什么。浅的层次上来说，就是使我的每个中秋都能舒心地吃上月饼吧，不用像小时候那样······可是嫦娥，你知道么，其实我吃的很不心安呢！凡间的月饼，并不那么美味呵，尤其是今年，吃到嘴中，夹杂着泪水的味道，苦苦的······

闭上双眼，空气仍然氤氲在水汽中。今年的中秋又要到了，真希望，父母可以驻足停留，品味一下香甜的月饼啊！而我，则更期待着今年月饼的滋味······
