我们班做冰皮月饼，做出来的月饼很好吃，几乎吃不腻。这件事，就在下午……

下午第一节课下课了，林老师让我们洗手，然后让我们七个人一组，自己把组分好。分好之后，林老师带我们去食堂大厅。我们戴上一次性手套，找到自己的位置，就去准备材料了。材料有冰皮馅儿、还有一个压月饼图案的东西以及面粉。上课了，材料也准备地差不多了，于是张志恒妈妈就开始教我们做月饼了：先把冰皮捏成一个小圆饼，最好里面厚，外面薄，不然包起来皮会破；接着把馅儿塞到皮里；把皮滚圆，馅儿没包住的地方把它补起来；然后粘上一点点粉；最后把图案和花边压好就做好了。有的同学月饼花边没多少，有的同学月饼图案只有一半，还有的做的很漂亮。我做了三个，有两个皮粉的，一个皮黄的。我做的样子各不同，第一个最丑，第二个还不错，第三个最漂亮，应该是做第三个有经验了林老师说还不能吃，到教室才能吃。到了教室，我迫不及待地咬了一口，自言自语道：“嗯！味道还不错！”到家里，我又把剩下的月饼放到冰箱里冷藏半个小时，然后把月饼拿出来咬了一口，心想：味道跟原来差不多，只是冰皮更冰了一些。

今天做月饼吃，真开心。

中秋节快到了，以前我们吃的月饼都是从外面买回来的，但是今天我们的月饼是自己做的，想知道我们怎么做月饼的吗？快跟过来看看吧！

一开始老师给我们发制作月饼的材料，白色的冰皮粉，好像一堆堆雪白的积雪。我仔细观察月饼模具的样子，就好像一个个开红酒的工具，上面还印着“中秋”两个字。看着看着，我想象自己就躺在一张月饼床上，肚子饿了的话，就可以吃一口“月饼床”。

做月饼时，首先在冰皮粉里加入开水，然后进行和面，老师分别加入了不同口味的粉，有蓝莓、紫薯、菠萝、草莓……接着把它们搓成团，再把面团压扁，最后再用模具把搓好的面团加入不同口味的馅料放进里面，用力一压，一个个美味的冰皮月饼就做好了。

我做的月饼是圆圆的，呈蓝色，就像一颗颗酸酸甜甜的蓝莓，看着上面“中秋”这两个字，让我想到了和全家人在玩“月饼圈”的快乐时光，我仿佛听到了月饼说：“谢谢你主人，把我变成美味的月饼。”我忍不住尝一口，味道甜甜的，就像吃了蜂蜜一样，又像是吃了甜甜的豆沙。我舍不得吃，希望留给弟弟妹妹们尝尝。

这次做月饼的活动不仅让我学会了制作月饼的方法，而且感受到了中秋节的快乐氛围，此时，我想表达自己的心愿：祝大家中秋节快乐！

在这一天，人们都要吃月饼，因为月饼象征着快乐、美满、和谐。

关于中秋节吃月饼的习俗，经过我上网调查，还有这样一段动人的传说。相传，七仙女(化名小七)回填宫时给有着正义董永留了一个儿子。后来有一年农历的八月十五日，那孩子看到同村的小伙伴们在村头桂花树下玩耍，也想过去凑凑热闹，哪知道不但没人理他，还骂他是个没妈、没教养的野孩子。他委屈极了，便号啕大哭。哭声惊动了天神吴刚，吴刚便悄悄拿出登云鞋，对孩子说：“如果你想妈的时候，就穿鞋圆月下吧。”

董永的儿子在月光下穿上了登云鞋，飞到了天宫，七仙女见了自己的儿子，又悲又喜，便亲手把嫦娥送的桂花蜜糖，拌上花生米，核桃仁，做成馅儿，按圆月的样子，做成香甜的仙饼，给儿子吃。玉皇大帝知道此事后非常生气，命令麒麟把董永的儿子馱回人间。

后来，董永的儿子当了官，就叫各州各县的人们在八月十五日这一天都来仿做他在天宫时吃的仙饼，摆在月亮下，表示对亲人的怀念。由于这种饼子就像月亮一样，所以后人便称做中秋饼。

直到今天，每年的八月十五日的晚上，当一轮圆月挂在蔚蓝的夜空，人们一边吃月饼，一边赏月，心中总会憧憬。

话说乐极生悲一点没错，最容易出错的环节马上就到了，我们把冰皮压成扁扁的一块圆形，把边上捏薄，让中间厚一些，把适量的红豆馅放入圆形中间，像平时捏包子一样，把中间捏合拢，就在这时，因为我的圆形冰皮太小了，红豆馅怎么也包不住，越捏越要往外跑，把我急得一头汗，无奈之下，我只能把它揉成一个紫色的球，让红豆馅和白色的冰皮混合在一起，再放入模具按压几下之后，把月饼轻轻推出，放入老师为我们准备的盒子里，一个可口的奇怪的冰皮月饼才算做好了。

别看月饼小小的，它的制作过程一点不简单，不但需要力气，还需要智慧和耐心，做第二个的时候，我吸取了之前的教训，总算做出来一个黄皮红馅，外观正常的小月饼，看到同学津津有味地吃着我亲手制作的月饼，我自豪地笑了起来。真是一次受益匪浅的中秋佳节活动！

The charity sale was held on our school playground last Saturday morning.

We prepared many things which were made by hand in our spare time, such as

kites, model planes and so on. They looked very beautiful. We also brought old

toys and second-hand books to sell on the sale. At 8：30, the activity started.

Many students and teachers came to take part in it. Everyone chose their

favorite items and paid for them at a much lower price. In the end, the money we

made added up to over 2,000.
