Our school， Wuhan Heping Middle School， is in the center of Wuhan city。 The school yard is two hundred meters long， one hundred meters wide， and is surrounded by trees。 It is 20， 000 square meters in area。

When you walk into the school yard， you will see a wide road in front of you。 On your left， you will see the school library in which there are more than 100， 000 books。 On your right is the experiment building， Walk ahead，and you will see a beautiful garden in front of you。 When you go through it，there stands the teaching building: It has four floors with the teachers of rices at either end of each floor。 Behind it， there stands the dining-room on the left side。 To the right lies the playground where the students often play football。 This is our school， a beautiful one。

I’m sorry to know that you’re having such a bad time at the moment. The

中秋节到了。妈妈给买了一大堆千姿百态的月饼，其中我最喜欢的就是那些小兔子月饼。

我一打开包装袋，一股浓香味儿扑鼻而来，我倒出里面的月饼捧在手心，一只胖乎乎的小兔月饼让我欣喜若狂。

它的眼睛和鼻子像豆子一样大小，在这个胖嘟嘟的脸上显得非常可爱，他那弧形的小嘴真像一只飞翔的海鸥啊！他那凹下去的弯弯的眼睛笑眯眯的望着我，我满心欢喜对它爱不释手，都不忍心把它吃掉了。可是他一直用香味诱惑我，好像在说：“小主人快吃了我吧，我等不及要奉献我自己了。”我终于忍不住，大大的咬了一口，此时它的肚子露出来了，里面包着橙黄色的馅料，好甜！我三下五除二的就把那只小兔子给吃掉了。

紧接着我又撕开了一个包装袋，里面是一只小熊月饼它全身棕红色，圆形的耳朵中间有个凹槽像两个小鱼缸。我咬了一口，里面的馅是沙糯可口的蛋黄，口感超好，真让人回味无穷啊！吃完后口腔留有余香。我又接二连三的吃了好几个月饼。

爸妈看着我吃的样子，开心地笑了！我也笑了，赶紧给他们各自递上月饼。

I am a December 2003 graduate from the University of San Francisco (USF)

with a bachelors degree in International Business. As part of my career

planning, I am very interested in supplementing my international business

education with a basic knowledge of the Chinese language. This I hope will help

中秋大哥坐飞机来看望我们。月亮弟弟听后笑得又胖又圆，大人们也为中秋节做准备，走亲访友，买月饼……我们的准备更全面，在玻璃博物馆里一边参加活动，一边做月饼。

起初，老师为我们讲解中秋节的习俗：赏月，戴月，喝桂花酒，赏桂花……我们却不耐烦了，东张西望的，想赶紧做月饼。

老师见了，只好开始了抢答环节。我竖起自己的兔子耳朵，认真听。“月星合一，打一个字。”“有关中秋节的电影。”老师提问我们却一问三不知。这时请来教我们制作月饼师傅来了。

师傅讲解了月饼制作过程，我们专心致志听完后，开始动手制作月饼。大家都按照师傅教的步骤一步步制作，先把月饼皮压成一张饼，中间厚边缘稍微薄点。压好后将饼片放在手心，另外一手去拿馅儿，放在月饼皮正中间。再将刚刚放入的馅儿包裹好，给它穿上厚厚的外套。最后放在饼模具上，使劲压一下，精心制作的月饼就成功啦！

第一个月饼不点满意，月饼被我压变形了，吸取教训继续做，功夫不负有心人，制作的月饼一个比一个做得好。

看着自己亲手制作成功的月饼，沾沾自喜咬一口，“真好吃！”我要把自己亲手做的月饼送给长辈们。对了！中秋大哥，你也尝尝我做的月饼吧，可好吃了！我给你留一个最好的月饼哟！

以前，我对月饼的概念只是一种好吃的点心。随着年龄的增长，我开始懂得吃月饼的寓意——团圆，但满脑子还只是好吃，可这次就不同了，我亲手做了月饼呢！

那天下午第二节课时，我们开始了做冰皮月饼的活动。随着老师和家长们一声令下，顿时，全班沸腾起来了！我很激动，差点儿就把陷儿用来包皮了！我冷静下来，先把皮贴在陷儿上，然后揉揉揉，搓搓搓。可是，没想到看似嫩嫩的皮其实“笑里藏刀”，开始反攻：它粘住我的手套，往外拖，结果害得我不得不一次又一次地去扯手套，令我哭笑不得：这到底是做月饼还是“人皮大战”之扯手套比赛呢？“啊！太烦人啦！”我实在是忍不住了，干脆把手套一脱，不用它了。

这次，我吸取了经验，用手抹了好些面粉，把皮揉圆，再轻轻地把皮捏薄，然后包上陷儿，做好啦！我一口气做了八个月饼宝宝，它们看起来嫩嫩的，活像一个个可爱的小婴儿，让人觉得含着怕化了，抱着怕碎了。于是，我拿起一个模子，一压，嘿！一个QQ企鹅诞生了！紧接着，玫瑰、萝卜、祥云、kitty猫、菠萝、花纹和牡丹等八个可爱的月饼小精灵诞生了！它们看上去真像一个个小娃娃，让人巴不得赶快亲上一口！我抹了抹嘴角上的口水，将它们带回了家。

晚上，我和爸爸妈妈一边看电影，一边吃着糯糯的、香香的冰皮月饼，心想：一家人在一起可真好！正是：

团团圆圆吃月饼，高高兴兴过中秋。

又到了中秋佳节，吃着爸爸带回来的包装精美的月饼，我总觉得缺了点什么。正在这时，妈妈的手机响了，原来是黄老师邀我去做月饼。我听了高兴得一蹦三尺高。

周六早上，我早早地起了床，来到了做月饼的地方。进了小店，一股浓浓的奶香味扑鼻而来。店内简朴的装修给人一种清爽的感觉。

洗完手后，小店的阿姨便开始揉面了，我本以为做月饼的面粉是黄色的，使我感到意外的是，做月饼的面粉竟是白色的。令我更惊讶的是，阿姨说这种月饼做好后也是白色的，而且不需要烘烤。咦，还有这样的月饼?好奇的我有点迫不及待了，真想快点大显身手。

面揉好了，按照阿姨的指导，我们先把月饼揉成20克左右的小圆球，再把它压扁，抹上一点熟糯米粉，放入馅，然后像包包子一样把馅包在里面，再抹上一层糯米粉，放入模具中。不一会儿我就做出了一只栩栩如生、活灵活现的“小熊”。又过了一会儿，“小鱼”、“小星星”也在我手里相继出世了。好了，现在要涂颜色了。我虽然小心翼翼地涂着，但小熊最后还是变成了大花脸。唉，真可惜!

看着晶莹似雪的月饼，我都有点舍不得吃了。轻轻咬上一口，一股凉丝丝的感觉流遍全身，香甜的味道没齿难忘。真是太美味了!它虽然和传统月饼的做法截然不同，但在我看来更有情趣。

看着自己动手做的月饼，我兴奋不已;吃着自己做的月饼，也别有一番滋味在心头。
