People can buy things without going out. In the second place, goods online are usually sold at prices lower than in conventional stores, so we are more likely to buy bargains on the Internet. Last but not least, online shopping offers us a lot more choices of goods since we can browse online stores without the limit of time and location.

There is a big playground in my school. We have P.E. class on the playground and we often play sports on it , too. Our teaching building has five floors. My classroom is on the fifth floor. It is big and clean. The computer rooms are on the third floor. There is a library on the second floor. There are many books in the library. I often read books here. Thanks to the Hope Project r, great changes have taken place in a country school,

This school used to be called Lijiazhuang School. Most of its pupils left school because their families were too poor to pay for their education. The only unsafe schoolhouse had to be used as classrooms.And all the teachers shared one room. The playground was nothing but an open land.

Things are different now. All the children who left school have come to continue their studies. In the schoolyard stands a two-storeyed teaching building. There are rooms for music, art and com-

我国每年死于交通事故的人数超过10万人，其中中小学生占死亡人数的百分之30，步行交通事故危险人群为5至9岁儿童，15岁至18岁男生发生车祸数字是女生的3倍，其中80%的原因是同学们在机动车临近时横穿马路，其次是违法骑车，还有乘车不当。青少年研究中心曾做过“当代中国少年儿童伤害研究”的调查。数据显示，21.8%的人有马路玩耍的经历，19.8%的人翻越栏杆，10.1%的人不走人行横道，46.6%的人骑车带人。

可见，造成事故的主要原因不是缺乏交通常识，而是安全意识不强。只要人们都自觉遵守交通法规，树立“安全第一”的观念，就能减少和避免事故的发生。为此，同学们在外出时，无论是行走、骑车或者乘车，一定要消除侥幸心理，严格遵守交通规则。同时还要向家里的亲人和周围的其他人多宣传交通法规，为创造一个人人注意交通安全，远离交通事故的良好氛围而尽自己的一份力量。

三、家庭安全

对每个人来说，家庭是一个温暖、值得信赖的地方，因此，我们常忽略了被比喻成港湾的家庭中可能发生的潜在危险。为了让危险远离我们，很重要的就是要注意树立家庭保护意识，学会自己保护自己。家庭安全应该注意些什么呢?

1、火灾无情，千万别玩火。

2、厨房里面讲安全。请记住：厨房里面厨具多，正确使用莫出错。锅碗瓢盆不乱动，远离煤气不惹祸。

3、防止触电。电像火一样是无情的，必须有一定的用电常识，才能保证安全。家用电器一般都是有安全保护装置的，但使用时间长了也可能漏电。一定要定时和及时检修或更换。

4、牢记重要的电话号码。家长的电话、手机号码一定要记清。除此以外，火警、匪警、急救电话同学们也要牢记心中。

星期五，是我们四年级和三年级的英语节表演。

早上八点，同学们都准时来到了流花校区的科技大楼广场，我见到所有的同学都穿得漂漂亮亮，而且都化了妆，好漂亮啊！大家排好队，老师就带我们上楼了。 到我们班表演了，我们班唱的是《冰雪奇缘》主题曲。我们排着整齐的队伍走上了舞台，同学们用响亮 的声音唱着动听歌曲。我们表演完以后，在台下家长们的掌声中慢慢地退下了舞台。

Traffic jam comes to life. While people in order to be punctual, they often ignore the cars crossing on the road. This behavior will easily bring traffic accidens. On the other hand, the car owner also want to be on time and then regardlss the traffic rules, which is also easy to have traffic accidents. Both the driver and people themseves’  behaviour leads to accidents. Those accidents may take people’s lives away. It’s so terrible. Therefore, for the sake of life, the driver and the pedestrian should obey the traffic regulation as we have only one life.

As we all know, recent accidents resulted from school buses have risen national concern about the safety of school buses.

As a primary transportation for school children, the frequent accidents of school buses can be traced to several reasons. First of all, school budget is limited so that the school cannot afford sufficient buses. Secondly, the regulation on overloading is not perfect. Consequently, school buses often accommodate more students than the required number, which will be potentially dangerous.

In order to guarantee the safety of school buses, schools and the society must cooperate to enhance the security standard and be responsible for the students.

Dining safty has long been a major concern of human race, so, how can we assure that we are dinning safely?

As the basic element of dining safty, source of the food is perhaps the most essential issue that we should focus upon, if the raw metrial itself can cause negative effects to the human body, nothing can be done to put it right.

Kitchen hygiene will pehaps be another element that should be taken into consideration, including water source, type of cooking oil,quality of spicery used and blending of cooking material.

To sum up, we have a lot to do to ensure dining safty

火，既给人类带来了光明，带来了文明社会，但同时也给人类带来灾难。而火灾所带来的危害，我们也是常有耳闻。在本次培训中所看到的一例例触目惊心的惨烈的案例，留给我们的不应该只是对死难者的沉痛哀悼，我们要做的是要把消防安全意识提高到一定高度。培训涉及消防基本知识、消防法规简介、火场自救逃生方法、火灾逃生注意事项等内容。期间消防宣传中心教官将宾馆实际情况与实际案例相结合，详细讲解了相关消防知识。同时，通过讲述近年来我国发生的火灾实例，用血与泪的教训让大家清醒的认识到消防安全的重要性和必要性。培训结束后，消防宣传中心教官通过现场互动的方式演示了灭火器的正确使用方法，切实提高了全馆员工消防实战技能。

通过杨教官声情并茂的演讲，使我对消防知识有了一定了解，也把握了一些消防安全工作的基本理论知识。对此，我有以下几点深刻的体会：

一、消防安全，重要的是预防，宾馆要加大对消防安全工作的管理力度，定期组织消防安全检查，查处并整改消防安全隐患，切实把消防安全工作与生产经营管理工作相结合，确保各项工作能顺利进行。

二、认清消防安全工作的重要性。火灾的发生是现实生活中最常见、最突出、危害的一种灾难，而造成火灾的两大杀手就是“麻痹”“大意”。我们要增强自身的消防意识，时刻做到居安思危，警钟长鸣，防患于未然。

三、加强消防安全知识培训，提高防范意识。宾馆是人员比较聚集的地方，安全必须要有保障，宾馆内部对火灾隐患已经有了一定的防范意识，但通过这次培训，发现现有防范意识程度还是不够的。不论是一线工作人员还是治理人员，都应对岗位和部门可能涉及到的火灾风险和消防通道等消防相关设施有充分的了解。不论是火灾高危险岗位人员还是其他人员，都应该定期接受相关专家的消防安全教育培训，内容包括：有关消防法规、消防安全制度、保障消防安全的操作规程;各部门各岗位的火灾危险性和防火措施;各种消防设施的性能、灭火器材的使用方法;报火警、扑救初起火灾和自救逃生的知识和技能等。

四、消防制度措施要到位，要根据有关消防的法律法规结合宾馆的实际情况，制定一系列制度措施以确保消防安全工作的顺利进行。

五、消防器材配备要到位，配备足够数量的消防器材并定期对消防设备进行检查和保养，对到期的器材及时更换，以备发生事故时能及时启动，为消防安全工作得以顺利开展提供硬件保障。

六、牢记“三个提示”“四个能力”时刻把消防安全摆在首位，以确保宾客的人身和财产的安全。

通过这短短的培训，我学到了很多消防安全的知识，也对自己平常生活中的用电、用火等不正确的行为有了一定的认识，保证以后生活中多注意并及时改正。我会把我所学到的消防知识，教给身边的家人、朋友，让更多人远离火灾。

Food, is a indispensable thing in our lives, is also what we most closely contact, so food safety becomes our life can not be ignored in safety. A lot of people die each year from food poisoning, so we have to learn a lot of food safety knowledge. The ancients cloud: "your day for the people, food is." The former can be understood as: cathay Pacific by cas; The latter can be understood as: people, rely on food. Thus, food hygiene safety is very important for us human beings.

Our school gate, there are a number of vendors. Business is booming every day. Vendors some ice cream, and some also sell some pigment water... The delicious food in broad daylight, there seems to be a hand is extended in those little available to the school, but who knows whether the food is unqualified, is it safe?

In fact, a large number of outside food health situation is not ideal, there are many widespread substandard health food. Experts pointed out that these problems and no relevant guarantee food, great effects on the health of primary and middle school students. Although school everyday in said food safety problems, the students are still not care.

Ive heard of one thing: one day, a classmate after school, feel very hungry, although the teacher talked about or buy junk food today. But he is not on the heart, with fifty cents to buy ice cream. When buy, he was a good ideological struggle, finally, stomach protested in "cuckoo" sound, he bought ice cream. His side to the gourmet taste with relish, and marched to the home. Unfortunately things finally happened. The very next day, he have loose bowels, not only themselves, parents also worry! This is not obedient disorderly buy snacks.

And in front of our school, there are some only sell 1 dollar soda, are popular among pupils. Body feels very soft, very thin. Soda is divided into coke, orange and lemon flavors. But these cheap soda, is actually some small workshops with essence, pigment and water filling. Impossible to have quality assurance. In addition, soda bottles generally is recycling, their health status is self-evident.

Unsafe food events caused great influence to peoples life, food regulators also always attaches great importance to this problem. Believe that relevant departments can seriously, strict management, give you a rest assured food environment. We, as a primary school student, as a member of a society, we should also be constantly improve the self-protection ability and the ego to protect consciousness, render and do our work with regulators.

Although these "3 without" food together, have very big allure, for our self-control is not strong, very easy to be tempted. Hope everybody can enhance safety consciousness, safety wake-up call, responsible for ones own body.

食物，是我们生活中不可缺少的东西，也是我们接触最密切的东西，所以食品安全就成了我们生活中不可忽视的安全问题。每年有很多人都死于食品中毒，所以我们要多多学习食品安全的知识。古人云：“君以民为天，民以食为天。”前者可理解为：国泰靠民安;后者可理解为：民康靠食全。由此可见，食品的卫生安全对我们人类非常重要。

我们学校门外，有不少的小摊小贩。每天生意总是兴隆。小贩们有的冰激凌，有的还卖有色素的水……那些光天化日下香喷喷的食物，似乎有一只手在向学校里那些小馋嘴伸去，可谁又知道这些食物是否合格，是否安全呢?

其实，大量校外食品都是卫生状况不理想，还有许多食物普遍存在卫生不达标的问题。有专家指出，这些存在问题且无相关保障食品，势必对中小学生身体健康造成很大影响。虽然学校天天都在说食品安全问题，可同学们仍毫不在乎。

我听说过一件事：有一天，一位同学放学后，感到很饿，虽老师今天讲过要不买垃圾食品。可他不放在心上，用五角钱买了冰激凌。在买时，他做了很大的思想斗争，最后，肚子在“咕咕”地叫声中提出了抗议，他买了冰激凌。他边津津有味地品尝着手中的美食，边大步流星地向家走去。可不幸的事最终还是发生了。就在第二天，他就拉肚子，不光自己难受，家长也担忧啊!这就是不听话乱买零食的下场。

还有在我们学校门前，有一些只卖1元钱的汽水，深受小学生喜爱。瓶身摸起来很软、很薄。汽水分为可乐、橙味、柠檬等口味。但是这些便宜的汽水，其实是一些小作坊用香精、色素和自来水灌装的。根本不可能有质量保障。另外，装汽水的瓶一般是重新回收的，其卫生状况不言而喻。

食品不安全的事件给人们的生活造成了很大的影响，食品监管部门也一直很重视这个问题。相信有关部门能够严肃处理，严格管理，给大家一个放心的食品食用环境。而我们作为一名小学生，作为社会的一份子，我们也应该要不断提高自我保护能力和自我保护意识，以及尽自己的绵薄之力配合监管部门工作。

虽然这些“三无”食品如影随形，具有非常大的诱惑力，对自制能力不强的我们而言，非常容易被诱惑。希望大家能增强安全意识，安全警钟长鸣，为自己的身体负责。
