这个周末我怀着极为紧张而激动的心情做完了2011年山西英语试题，效果颇不理想，反思之后，我对醋初三新学期的英语有了新的计划。

基础知识应该多加巩固，我其实早有人说过，基础才是万物之源，只有学好的基础，才能研究更深更高的东西，所以我一定要把基础这关掌控好。也是只有掌握了基础，这关才能研究更好的东西，才能将英语学好。我的失分点有很大部分都是因为基础选择题而起的，所以我一定要多次巩固这些失分点，将简单容易的题目一个不漏才能稳操胜券。

任务型阅读要多训练。其实古代就有一句话叫做熟能生巧，只有多做题多练习，才能得到更好的效果，我只有做多做这些任务型阅读题，才能将这类题做得纯熟，只有成熟才能达到更好的分数。我的主要缺点就是做这些题的时候有些急躁了，常常没有看清题，便急于下手导致错误。比如有些单词明明我可以看清，但是我却看错了，所以写下的答案也是错误的，就丢掉了分，下次的时候我一定要把他看清楚之后才动笔，争取达到，做一道对一道滴滴不漏。还有我一定要多加训练，不急不躁，不丢分。

英语的完形阅读题型可谓是最难的，这不仅考查对词汇的理解，而且对语法的运用也蕴含在其中，这样还对情感价值的追寻以及对文章理解的娴熟程度，我应该在多后前后连贯，将文章连同下来的阅读通顺的阅读，将此类型题目做好。

其实英语学习虽然看似很难很繁琐，但是实际上很简单，只要多练多学多做多题，所以就会将英语学习好好，学好了英语才能为祖国争光，因为，有一句话：learn Eglish better too strong to the china！正如其所说，学好英语才是强国之本！

一.英语小组合作学习在教学中的回顾。

课程改革在教学中的实践已经六年了。回顾前几年的英语课堂教学中，小组合作学习形式化，缺乏时效性，班里只有三分之二的小组能够按照教师的要求开展活动，有三分之一的小组应付了事，课堂气氛不活跃。学生不敢开口说英语。学生没有通过在小组合作学习中，达到提高语言运用能力的目的。小组合作学习没有达到实效性。随着不断学习新课标理念，不断地教学实践摸索以及我们英语组对英语课堂教学互动模式的课题研究，近两年对小组合作学习的意义和重要性有了较深刻的认识，对以前的小组合作学习存在的问题，也找到了原因：

教师对新课标合作学习的理念没有领会。没有理解小组合作学习的真正意义。

教师对处理教材的各个环节缺乏清晰的认识，不能整体把握教材。

教师对语境的设计缺乏真实性，激趣性。

教师没有细化小组合作学习的规则，缺乏实效性。

教师设计的小组合作活动形式比较单一。不能激起学生小组活动的兴趣，学生没有充分体会到成功的感受。

通过小组合作学习在课堂和课外的教学实践 ，笔者发现小组合作学习要遵循一定的原则，在课内和课外采用多种形式实施小组合作学习，有助于提高学生运用英语的能力。

二.实施小组合作学习的原则

(一)、语境设计具有真实性。

课标倡导任务型教学模式。让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作的方式，实现任务的目标—即达到运用语言的能力。一节课的语境设置要根据教材的内容为主线和所达到的目标为终极目标。设计出与教材有关，又符合学生的实际情况的真实语境，激发学生交际的欲望。使学生在真实的语境中很自然地运用语言。

(二)、语境设计具有激趣性

英语课程的任务是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神。因此教师在语言输出环节中，应设计出使学生非常感兴趣的活动。充分调动学生参与活动的积极性，使学生学习气氛高涨起来。使学生在活动中愉快地用英语进行交际。

(三).细化规则具有时效性

1、小组活动不能拘于形式

小组活动的人数的确立应依据教学内容和输出活动的设计，人数可2人，3人，4人等，没有固定模式。不能为活动而活动。应根据活动的具体内容而定。

2、小组成员应有明确的分工

无论是2人，4人还是6等人的小组活动，每个人都有明确的分工，使每个人都能参与英语教学活动

3、小组活动具有可操作性

教师应用简洁的语言明确规定活动的具体任务确保学生能够便于操作，使学生清楚自己干什么，保证合作学习的实效性。

三、小组合作学习的实施过程

(一)课堂小组合作学习形式

在课堂教学中，要充分发挥教师的主导作用和突出学生的主体作用。根据教材内容设计出形式多样的小组合作方式。

1. 图片交流

利用文中的插图或从网上下载与课文有关的图片，设计两人小组谈论图片的活动，直观、形象、生动。在讲十一册17课时，我设计的前两个输出活动就是根据图片，两人小组谈论第三人称和第一人称会和不会哪些运动项目。由于图片直观形象，易于学生交流。

2. 角色表演

教师教完新授课后，给学生一个话题，就这一话题发挥想象，通过创设情景，自编对话，进行角色表演。例如编购物、问路、看病、打电话对话。这些场景符合实际情况，贴近学生生活，学生们都很感兴趣。因此，他们都能积极参与表演，互相配合，承担各种角色。许多原来对英语学习兴趣不大，信心不足的学生都能积极参加角色表演活动并且表现得很好，一定程度上提高了他们学习英语的兴趣。

3、小组调查

教材内容非常丰富，我们可以根据教材的内容，设计调查形式的小组互动，使学生参与活动中，运用语言知识。如十一册的19课设计调查学生小组最喜欢的运动情况的活动，以便为开展校本课程做准备的活动。所设的活动是学生感兴趣的，又贴近他们的日常生活的调查活动。学生参与活动的热情很高涨。

4、话题讨论

试验课改教材是以贴近学生实际的话题为中心。让学生围绕一个话题，用所学的语言知识谈论这个话题，使学生用英语学会做事，提高学生运用英语的能力。在讲十五册17课感叹句时，可设计成让学生4人小组用感叹句互相谈论学英语的感受，每人至少谈论一点并选一名组长在全班汇报，小组之间互相合作，互相学习。既开阔了学生的思维，又培养了合作精神。

5、激趣互动

1)游戏

英语教学中， 根据教材内容， 使用游戏方法，能使课堂变得轻松有趣。 使学生在玩中学。 尤其在初一英语教学阶段，正是激发兴趣时期。可根据教材内容的不同，设计不同的游戏活动。在讲11册Lesson 5 家庭成员关系时， 我设计了不同层次的游戏活动。 我先带着全班做以Bob 为中心， 我指图片任何一个人、两个人， 全班立即说出和Bob的关系; 第二层游戏是让一个学生用汉语说出人物关系，全班学生看屏幕上的图片， 全班说出英文。第三层游戏是让一个学生用英文描述人物关系， 让全班猜Who’s she /he? Who are they?有好几个学生把人物关系描述复杂， 让同学猜。全班学生注意力非常集中， 认真听某个同学描述。 当同学猜出时， 课堂气氛变得日益的活跃。

2)竞赛

这些竞赛有：单词、词组接龙竞赛和对话表演竞赛等等，这些竞赛都是以小组合作的方式进行，竞赛中各小组成员之间具有一定的依赖性。通过进行这样的小组活动，每位组员意识到自己的表现会影响其他组员的成绩，而其他组员的表现也会对自己的成绩产生影响时，会促使他积极参与小组活动。如：教学十一册第15课，Unit 4.Lesson 15 How much are

the potatoes?时，我设计以小组为单位设计新年购物单，包括食品、数量、价格。而且告诉学生班费只有100元。比一比看哪组设计的购物单最好。要求组员至少给本组选一个食品，否则取消这个组的比赛。学生踊跃参加本组的购物单设计，然后由各组组长在黑板写上本组设计的购物单，全班评判，选出最佳购物单。

(二) 课外小组合作学习形式

学生的知识，并不都在课堂中获取;学生的能力也并不都在课堂内培养。所以，课外合作学习也必定是课内合作学习所不可或缺的延伸和补充。

1、 小组朗读，背诵或复述积分

为了调动全班学英语的积极性，培养学生的语感。我采用小组得分评比法。我先把全班按好，中，差 ，分成六人一小组。全班分成五个组。我规定每个单元的4课书和

expnsion，根据每课的内容不同，要求学生两人背诵对话，朗读课文、背诵课文、复述课文。并不是所有的学生家里都有录音机等学习辅助设备，也不是所有的学生都有自觉学习的习惯，所以，就有相当部分学生不能独立完成老师布置的课文的朗读、背诵或复述的作业。合作小组的作用就尤为重要。通过发挥小组中学优生的作用，利用自习课或课余时间，让他们给学习有困难的学生当小老师，帮助学困生解决。两周一评比，而且把评选结果在班里公布。哪个小组都怕在落在别的组的后面，都帮助本组较差的同学。较差的同学也怕拖本组的后腿，也在努力地学习。学习气氛空前高涨。

2、 小组合作共同完成学习档案。

为了提高学生学英语的兴趣，训练学生的写作能力和培养学生想象能力和创新能力，我帮助学生建立学习档案。 我从初一开始每学完一个单元， 要求学生完成与话题相关的短文。虽然采用积分法，但有些个别差的同学还是完不成。因此我根据教材内容的不同，尝试小组合作共同完成学习档案。在第十二册Unit 8 Seasons and Clothes.小组合作共同完成本单元的话题作文。要求每组学生介绍我国或其它国家的5个地区的天气情况。并给出所适合的运动和着装的建议。用A4打印或手抄。并注明每人在本组所做的具体工作。只有全部组员参与本组的话题作文的设计工作，才有资格参与评选。时间是一周。同学们都各尽所能，有的同学设计版面，有的画画，有的写稿，有的改稿，组员都积极参与了本组的共同设计工作。培养了学生的合作意识。想象能力和创新能力，学生参与活动的热情空前高涨。

四、小组合作学习成果展示

教师要给学生提供展示才华的机会，使学生体验成功。我班在去年的颐和园情景教学中，学生分组用英语介绍颐和园的景点中，表现出色，受到学校的好评。在今年购物节情景教学中，我班的小组获得学校第一名。在今年的圣诞节和外教联欢会中，我班表演了

《Can I help you 》小品和合唱英文歌曲《 Jingle Bells 》并带着道具边唱边表演，我班的多数学生参与了圣诞节知识的竞赛中，学生积极主动地参加，当他们得到外教给的糖果和有关圣诞礼物时，非常兴奋。为了提高小组合作学习兴趣和竞争意识，我班举行了英语新年会。每组至少出一个节目，然后进行评比。获得前两名的小组进行奖励。学生们的积极性非常高，在课下积极准备，都想争第一。在元旦联会中，有的小组表演课本剧，有的小组.有的小组出谜语，让其他组猜。还有的组玩单词、词组接龙竞赛。其中表演课本剧《At the restaurant》和演唱《Pretty boy 》这两组分别获一名和第二名。我们年级还举行了合作小组学习档案评比。我班有两组被选上。还有两名同学参加了CCTV 英语希望杯大赛，这两名同学都通过了预赛，并参加了初赛。

实践证明，英语小组合作学习是一种很好的学习方式。英语小组合作学习对学生英语能力的提高，对教师英语教学的促进作用是不容质疑的。在活动中，学生是主角，既可以是参与者，还可以是活动的具体组织者和设计者。教师仅是活动的创设者，只起着对活动的促进和辅导的作用。让学生在活动中自己发现问题，解决问题，积极想象，深入探究，勇于创新[实践，同时教师在活动中激励评价学生，鼓励语言、最终达到自主学习，自我纠错，自我评价的目的，以达到从学会到会学的转变。

路漫漫，其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。我将不断学习新课标理念，不断地实践和反思。本着在学习中反思，在反思中改进的原则，不断提高教学水平。

每当我看到楼下孩子们拿着冲锋枪追打嬉笑时，我就不禁想起自己童年那次“比武大会”和那时那个幼稚的我……

在我很小的时候，曾经看过爸爸收藏的一本繁体武侠小说，看着里面的插图，觉得那些手持棍棒刀剑行走江湖的大侠实在是酷极了。渐渐地，我开始模仿他们的样子，连一支扫帚都要被我摆弄上半天。

一个晴朗的下午，我和我的伙伴们刚从幼儿园回来。我的好朋友约我去后院参加孩子们的“比武大会”。我们搬来大石头，堆成一小山堆，争着摆出各自拿手的架势。不知谁说了句：“谁敢用轻功跳下去？”伙伴们立刻炸开了锅，相互不停地议论着。这时，无知又无畏的我走上前去，说：“让开让开，你们不行。我学过轻功，我可以从上面跳下去！”众人的目光一齐汇聚到了我的身上。

我大步流星地走上前去，得意地攀上石堆，披上旧报纸“披风”，头上插着一对狗尾巴草，学着大侠的样子仰天长啸了一阵。这时我仿佛感到我就是个盖世无双，所向无敌的大侠！我做出超人的pose，大喊一声：“本大侠要飞起来喽！”话音未落，我便纵身一跃，“飞”了下去。

虽然当时的天气并不寒冷，但我还是清晰地感到一股凉风掠过我的指间，我的头发也被风撩乱了。惊魂未定的我正准备用漂亮的着地姿势弥补我表情上的“不协调”，忽然“趴”的一声，只觉得脸上火辣辣的疼——我坠落在了地上，还摔了个“嘴啃泥”。我从泥堆里爬起来，拍了拍满身的灰土，勉强地对大家说：“不好意思，献丑啦！”

“何依然!吃晚饭了！”呀！这是爷爷的声音！哇，这下可惨了！爷爷看到我浑身是土的样子，哭笑不得：“你怎么变成这个样子啦？快回家去！”我一脸懊丧地被爷爷“拖”了回去。临走时，我还不忘朝小伙伴们拱手作揖：“哇……本大侠要走啦！后会有期！！！”

多年以后，尽管那片“比武台”已经成为一片停车场，可我仰望那曾经有过我们欢笑的那一角蔚蓝的天空，仍会回忆起我童年时的零星记忆。我想，它们也许不会因为时光的流逝和地域的改变而随风散去吧！想当年我们手牵手数星星、跳皮筋的日子，是那样熟悉，又有些模糊。我闭上眼睛，生怕这些记忆消逝在三月的阳光中。童年重临于我的心头。

窗外是寒冷刺骨的坚冰，窗里是热热闹闹的一家人。春节就是这么神奇，最寒冷的季节中最寒冷的一天却是一年中最喜庆的一天。

春节就是这样，即使在寒冬腊月，人们也能热血沸腾，即使千里冰封，人们也会热泪盈眶。春节总是少不了温馨与感动，少不了传统与新意，少不了情，少不了爱。春节不仅是一个普通的节日，它还是一个伟大民族的象征!

Towards love and learning, college teachers and students hold controversial views.

The majority of college teachers, especially old teachers, argue that students should give up love and concentrate on learning. They say that campus love is time-and-energy-consuming and tears students away from their main task. If a student ever falls in love, he/she willundoubtedly2neglect his/her studies and gradually lag behind his/her classmates. A few teachers, therefore, suggest that the university authorities restore the traditional regulation against love during students school years .

On the contrary, students hold that it is natural for young people to fall in love on the campus because they meet every day and their everyday meeting produces romantic passion towards each other. They insist that the campus is not the Garden of Eden and love is not the Forbidden Tree. They take for example some of theirf riends who, falling in love, are studying harder and have made greater progress to please their boy/girl friends .

In my opinion, both views are lop-sided. If a student does not give himself/herself away in love but takes it as a drive, love produces positive effect. But if he/she indulges himself/ herself too deeply in love, then he/she will be adevoted3lover but afrustrated4learner.

Dumpling is a traditional food for the China. There was a doctor named

Zhang Zhongjing legend, he used the dumplings to help cure the disease, we

celebrated the Spring Festival happily. Then,every Spring Festival, everyone

will eat dumplings to thank him. Whats the time now we can eat dumplings,

dumplings in our life more and more common, are more and more popular, but also

become a traditional food of the China. Let me tell you how to make dumplings. .

Study has been the necessary part of humans life. Many students take it as

their duty and they dont realize the meaning of study. Most people believe that

the purpose of study is to master some skills and make money. This is the basic

function of education. I believe that the further meaning is to teach people the

way of thinking. If there are two jobs, one is to sell pastry for 12 hours, and
