2014年12月6日，今天早上我和孩子一起观看了，由于丹教授主讲的《如何培养孩子的德智体能全面发展》的教育专题节目，令我获益匪浅。

节目中，于丹教授通过一个个小故事和自身的经历，讲述了如何培养孩子的孝心爱心，如何培养孩子的自信自立自强，如何教育孩子理解父母尊敬老师懂得感恩。孩子从小就要树立正确的人生观，孩子的成长不是填鸭式的灌输，孩子最重要的也不是学习。首先要学会做人，要有一个认真端正的态度。如果不会做人的话，即使学习再好，也不是一个健全的人，将来也不会是一个对社会有用的人。就像节目里说的：这个世界上知识固然重要，但比知识更重要的是人的经验，比经验更重要的是人的悟性。教育孩子不要按部就班、默守陈规，要在这个焦虑喧嚣的社会中，擅于发现有效的信息。

通过节目，我知道了身为家长我也是不合格的。对孩子没有耐心，没有蹲下身来，站在孩子的角度上去思考问题。总是用大人的眼光、能力去看待孩子、衡量孩子，希望孩子做的跟大人一样好，却忽视了孩子的年龄、孩子的心理，也极少去鼓励孩子，不管对错，对孩子有的只有打击。有点急于求成了，今后我会努力改正的。

◎和孩子分享你的心情

很多年轻的父母总认为，孩子太小，什么都不懂，不用向他表达自己的心情，特别是不好的心情。即便自己很累，也不愿误了孩子的玩与学习。

其实，这样的做法也是错误的。孝顺也是要给机会学才能学会的，跟孩子分享自己的心情，可以让孩子来关心自己。比如，妈妈下班回到家，可以对孩子说：“宝贝，妈妈上班很累，你能给妈妈倒点水吗?”或者“宝贝，爸爸妈妈上班很辛苦，回家又要洗衣服、做饭、整理房间，如果你能为爸爸妈妈做点什么，那就太好了。”当他为你做了什么时，比如给你倒了杯水，要真诚、高兴地谢谢他———这也是一种孝顺啊。孩子会为自己也能为爸爸妈妈分忧解难而高兴的。

◎让孩子做自己力所能及的事情

这样的做法也是错误的。让孩子做他力所能及的事情，自己的事情尽量自己处理，这既让大人更省心放心，有更多的时间做自己的事情，又培养了孩子的独立生活能力，同样是一举多得的事。此外，一个人要能照顾别人，是建立在他能把自己照顾好的基础上的，如果自己都不能照顾自己，很难想象他会去照顾别人，更谈不上孝顺长辈了。

◎让孩子多参与家务劳动

孩子回到家里，衣来伸手，饭来张口，或者，除了自己的事、自己的利益，对别人的事漠不关心。这样的孩子越来越多，其实跟家庭教育有关。而多让孩子参与到家务劳动中，有利于培养他对家的责任感。

◎让孩子知道孝顺长辈的知识
