The quality of human life has improved greatly over the past few centuries, but Earth is being harmed more and more by human activity. As we develop our technology, we demand more from our planet. Eventually, this will harm people as well.

Our planet gives us everything we need, but natural resources are not endless. Strip mining devastates whole regions, leaving bare and useless ground. Deforestation removes old growth trees that cant be replaced. Too much fishing may harm fish populations to the point where they cant recover. We are too careless in taking what we want without giving anything back.

There are more people than ever, living longer that ever. So is it any surprise that many areas suffer from too much development? Anyone living in or near a city has experienced "urban sprawl". There is a new shopping area on every corner and new houses, townhouses and apartments everywhere. Traffic gets worse and worse because planners cant keep up with growth. Keeping up with human demand is hard enough. Environmental concerns come in last.

With growth comes pollution. Companies and communities dump waste into water. Landfills are full of trash. Emissions from factories pollute the air. Barrels of industrial waste and worse, radioactive waste, have no safe place to go. If were not careful, we can harm our planet beyond repair.

People need to respect the Earth and try to preserve it. If we dont, what kind of future will we have?

四、实施办法

（一）第一阶段：宣传发动阶段

1、召开学校德育工作会议，学习文件精神，全面领会“创文明校园，做文明使者”主题教育活动的意义和要求，并根据学校有关方案布置活动工作。

2、召开文明礼仪教育实践活动启动仪式，全面宣传启动。（文明礼仪倡议书、举行“与不文明行为告别”宣誓签名活动。）

3、利用国旗下讲话、校园广播、板报等教育阵地，向全体师生解读活动的目的、意义、背景以及活动方案等。

4、各班召开“讲文明、懂礼仪”的主题班会。

（二）第二阶段：实施发展阶段

1、开展“眼睛看陋习----我身边的不文明行为”调查活动，由学生自行设计活动调查表，确定调查对象，选择自己身边的亲人、朋友、同学为调查对象，调查结束后，对调查的结果进行收集、整理，并对调查结果进行分析，撰写调查报告。

3、改正自身一个不文明习惯；劝导班内同学纠正一个不文明习惯。

4、并要求全校学生每人写一篇感想文章，对优秀的作文进行汇编；

5、组织“讲文明，讲礼仪”的手抄报比赛；

6、组织部分学生成立校园文明督导队，利用课余时间进行检查，及时纠正学生的不文明行

7、“我的宿舍我做主”宿舍内务规范整理大赛。

8、开展文明礼仪进社区实践活动，到街道、社区等开展环境大扫除活动和“人人争做文明人”为主题的义务宣传活动。

（三）第三阶段总结、表彰阶段

1、开展“文明礼仪之星”评选活动。以班级为单位，参照学校制定的评选标准，先选出符合条件的学生，再由班级同学进行投票，最后根据票数的多少，每班各选出五名“文明礼仪之星”。

3、开展“感恩父母”亲情体验活动。

以“感恩父母”为主题的书信比赛，通过书信、贺卡表达对父母的感激之情；以“爸爸妈妈，我想对您说 ”为主题的演讲比赛；“亲情交流”团体辅导和班会活动；布置“家庭实践”，包括：（1）开展“亲情调查”，了解父母的工作、生日、兴趣、烦恼等，提交“亲情调查表”。（2）进行“亲子对话”，与父母深入地谈心，交流思想感情，倾听父母的教诲，对父母说一句体贴感激的话。

4、开展“红十字志愿者”活动。

四、活动要求

1、按照简单易行、切实有效、就近方便、力所能及的原则，努力达到教育效果。

The concept of responsibility is a necessary fiction. Although socities must hold their individuals accountable for their own actions, people‘s behavior is largely determined by forces not of their own making.

In the title statement, the speaker holds the contention that the concept of ‘individual responsibility‘ is no existence but a fiction. Moreover, the speaker says that the behaviors of human beings are fundamentally determined by the environment which out of their control. Admittedly, one‘s actions are deeply influenced by laws, societies, schools and families and other exterior forces; individual responsibility exists and functions as a significant role to rule people‘s behaviors as well.

For example, a soldier would think it is his duty to obey the rules without any hesitation; a surgeon would consider healing the patients as his accountability; and a historian would feel it is his responsibility to discover what is behind the historical descriptions. In fact, different careers and roles form diverse individual responsibilities, which result in individuals’voluntary behaviors.

On the other hand, there are not only specific individual responsibilities in diverse areas but also some fundamental values and accountabilities, which we all human beings cherish. From the moment one can speak or even is born, the society begins to instill the moral and ethical standards, which is so called humanity in every one‘s mind. The older one is, the deeper influence the humanity would be. When one is just a little child, he would go directly to what he like and claim it. Then when he is old enough, he would realize that it is incorrect and ashamed. And because of the awareness of what is right and wrong, one would probably never do any misdeed again. Actually, humanity is just the common individual responsibility shared by all of us.

There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. What is more, vegetation had been greatly reduced with the rapid growth of modern cities.

To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. 1.跳绳接力：

每个级部各派十人参加，男女教师各五人。每人一分钟的跳绳，比赛结束后以十人跳绳数总和决定名次。

2.转呼啦圈吹气球：

每个级部各派五人参加，男女不限。每人转起呼啦圈后吹气球，中途若呼啦圈掉落此球重吹，每人吹起三个气球后换下一人，最后一人吹完比赛结束，用时长短决定名次。

3.圈内垫排球：

每个级部各派十人参加，男女教师各五人。每人分别在一圆圈内垫排球一分钟，要求排球要高出手臂一米以上，脚不能出圆圈，否则不予计数。比赛结束后以十人的总数决定名次。

4.合作运球接力：

每个级部各派十二人参加，男女教师各六人。每两人一组，背靠背把排球夹在两人中间，往返各二十米，途中球掉落要分别回到往返的起点重新运，一组运完另一组接着用同一球运，最后一人运完比赛结束，用时长短决定名次。

5.袋鼠跳接力：

每个级部各派十二人参加，男女教师各六人。每人分别把球夹在两小腿中间(上不能过膝，下不能低于脚踝)，往返各二十米，途中球掉落要分别回到往返的起点重新运，一组运完另一组接着用同一球运，最后一人运完比赛结束，用时长短决定名次。

6.集体跳长绳：

两种比赛方式：一种是每个级部各派十人，男女教师各五人，两人摇绳，八人跳绳，碰到障碍停下结束，以所跳数目决定名次计分;一种是每个级部各派十人，男女不限，两人摇绳，八人钻绳，每次在绳内跳的人数不少于三人，钻出的人至少在绳内跳一下，跳绳时间3或5分钟，以钻出的人数多少决定名次。

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And its important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

在2015年7月28日世界肝炎日这一天，世卫组织和合作伙伴将敦促决策者、卫生工作者和公众立即行动起来，预防病毒感染和由肝炎造成的死亡。

2015年世界肝炎日主题:预防肝炎,立刻行动

病毒性肝炎是一组被称为甲、乙、丙、丁和戊型肝炎的传染病。全球数以百万计的人受到影响，引起急性和慢性肝脏疾病，每年近150万人死于这一疾病，大都属于乙型和丙型肝炎。这些感染可以得到预防，但多数人并不知道如何去做。

2014年5月，来自194个国家政府的世界卫生大会代表通过了一份决议，为预防、诊断并治疗病毒性肝炎促进采取全球行动。

全世界在世界肝炎日这一天开展的活动侧重于预防乙肝和丙肝。

选定7月28日作为世界肝炎日，是为了纪念乙肝病毒的发现者、首个乙肝疫苗开发者及诺贝尔奖得主巴鲁克?塞缪尔?布隆伯格的生日。

预防肝炎——了解危险

不安全血液、不安全注射以及共享药物注射用具都可造成肝炎感染。

预防肝炎——要求做到安全注射

每年有200万人因不安全注射染上肝炎。采用一次性无菌注射器可以预防这类感染。

预防肝炎——儿童接种疫苗

每年约有78万人死于乙肝感染。安全有效的疫苗可终生保护人们避免乙肝感染。

预防肝炎——获得检测，寻求治疗

存在用以治疗乙肝和治愈丙肝的有效药物。

疾病知识

乙肝病毒携带者虽然在生活、工作、学习和社会活动中不会对周围人群和环境构成威胁，但他们在入学、就业时容易遇到障碍。2010年2月，有关部门联合发出通知，取消了入学和就业体检中检测乙肝项目。此规定保护了乙肝病毒携带者享有平等的教育和就业权利。从医学角度讲，为早发现早治疗，要鼓励个人通过体检、检测了解自身感染状况。乙肝易感者应接种乙肝疫苗。

误区一：症状和一般疾病混同

通常对于乙肝病毒携带者来说，如果病毒在肝细胞内复制活跃，肝功能受到损伤，会表现出一些症状。全身疲乏无力、口干、口苦、食欲减退、恶心、厌油腻、右上腹隐隐作痛、腹泻、小便黄如浓茶色等都是病症的反应。

误区二：不发病就不会传染

大部分携带者几年、甚至几十年都不会发病，所以人们就认为其不具有传染性，也无须检查。其实不然。建国医院肝病科吴医师介绍，所谓病毒携带者，是肝功能和 B超检测都正常，但表面抗原呈阳性，也就是澳抗阳性的人。这些人的肝脏并没有损伤，但只要检测出澳抗阳性，就具有传染性。

误区三：不做定期体检

及时、准确地检测病情，对治疗是非常有利的。很多人在乙肝病毒感染的早期，或感染后相当长的时期内，都不会出现任何症状，要早发现乙肝最有效的方法，就是每一年或半年体检一次，检查肝功能和乙肝五项指标。

今天，是上海每月一日的环境清洁日，上海二十多名机关干部们携手保护环境;马路边上，志愿者们在捡垃圾，捡香烟头等，可见上海人有多么热爱劳动，有多么爱清洁，多么爱卫生啊!

我真心地希望，我们绍兴县的人也要那么地热爱劳动啊!让我们一起为了环境而努力，一起去付出行动吧!

今年是第43个“六・五”世界环境日，为纪念“六五”世界环境日，围绕当前生态宁阳建设工作重点，宁阳县环保局高度重视，开展了以下宣传活动。

一是6月3-5日，分三组到各乡镇(街道)、宁阳经济开发区集市和新建规模化社区开展集中宣传活动，活动以新修订《环境保护法》五大亮点为重点开展环保法律法规知识咨询和受理群众反映的热点难点问题为主，各宣传组设置环保宣传图片展，发放环境保护法宣传手册1000余份、新环保法五大亮点宣传单5000份、环保宣传口号小扇子6000个。结合目前开展的党的群众路线教育实践活动，安排专人到包村第一书记村走访慰问困难群众，解决群众切身问题。

二是在宁阳电视台制作了12分钟的《生态宁阳建设纪实》专题片，展现我县生态宁阳建设工作开展情况，结合2014年“六·五”世界环境日宣传活动，进一步提高全民的环保意识，宏扬生态文明，加快推进生态宁阳建设步伐。

三是会同县教育局“六五”期间在全县中小学开展环境保护知识专题课程，到绿色学校设置环保宣传图片展，发放 环境保护宣传资料。

四是继续加强对防范恶意倾倒整治行动工作成果和工作进度进行跟踪报道，推进严格环境监管，释放“环保为民”正能量，保障市民合法环境权益。

6月5日是第45个世界环境日，当天下午，怡园街道在槐云文化广场开展世界环境日宣传活动。

活动现场，怡园街道工作人员和部分环保志愿者向群众宣传新环境保护法知识，通过挂条幅、发放环保知识手册、环保购物袋等多种形式向群众宣传环保，传播和弘扬“生活方式绿色化”理念，吸引不少居民参与。76岁的夏大爷是槐云社区居民，他认为，低碳环保，人人有责，“每人每天都应该问问自己，今天你低碳了吗?”

据了解，近年来，怡园街道通过组织开展“徒步走”、“低碳趣味运动会”等大型活动增强居民环境意识，让居民从日常点滴做起，与“低碳”为伴，把节能、环保变成每一个人的日常行动。

Protection of the Environment Once man did not have to think about the protection of his environment. There were few people on the earth, and natural resources seemed to be unlimited. Today things are different. The world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources,and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, human life on earth will not survive. We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea, there will soon be none left. Yet,with modern fishing methods, more and more fish are caught.We know that if too many trees are cut down, forests will disappear. Yet, we continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees. We see that if rivers are polluted with waste products, we will die. Yet, waste products arestill put into rivers. We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate, in a few years, there wont be enough food.What can we do to solve these problems? If we eat more vegetables and less meat, there will be more food available. Land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are kept. Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them. The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods of birth control. Finally, if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a better and cleaner planet in the future.
