五、要鼓励并督促您的孩子多参加户外锻炼。建议您和孩子每天安排40-60分钟的中低强度运动，这不但能够促进体格和神经肌肉的发育，提高人体的免疫力，增强新肺功能，而且还有利于心理“愉快素”的分泌，使人心情愉悦，精力充沛。

六、应慎重给孩子报各类补习班，以免加重孩子的负担。社会上的各种补习班鱼龙混杂，良莠不齐，报名前一定要好好考察。最重要的是要考虑到孩子的兴趣，征得孩子的同意，否则，不仅达不到“补”的目的，还会成为孩子的负担。

humble opinions of the learning environment in our school.

Although we’re enjoying the modernized buildings equipped with advanced

computers sufficient lights and well-installed desks and chairs we do find it

Dear Sir,

I am highly disappointed in the proposed 2004-05 budget cuts to educa1ion. Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for educational disaster in our school. The future lies with our children. They must have access to high quality educa1ion.

My husband and I have worked hard to be able to live in a school district that provides high quality education for our children. Cutting funding in districts like ours will have a negative impact on property values.

The school that my daughter attends is hardly wha1 I would describe as a "rich" school. Parents are asked to pay for books for all the classes, science supplies and for their students to participate in the performing arts among other items. If our school is to remain a world leader in technological development, cutting our school funds is the worst possible choice to make.

Education funds should not be diverted away from education.

I am terribly sorry that I failed to arrive at BLCU last Friday. I hope

7月25日下午，岚山区安委会召开了教育卫生、建设工程、燃气热力安委会安全生产形势分析会，会上，区委常委、副区长张文宣同志在会议上对加强学生暑期安全提出明确要求。当前正值暑期、汛期，既是强降水、雷击、台风等自然灾害的高发期，也是学生意外事故，尤其是溺水和交通事故的高发期。为进一步做好学生暑假期间的安全工作，请各学校结合上级部门的要求，就学生暑期安全问题再致学生家长一封信，通过校讯通、微信、书信、电话、短信、QQ等方式发到学生及学生家长手中。根据会议要求，特向家长们再发一封信。

一、教育学生注意防溺水，对孩子加强游泳安全教育。教育孩子不要私自下水游泳，不擅自与同学结伴游泳，不在无家长带领的情况下游泳，不到无安全设施、无救护人员的水域游泳，不到江河湖海、溪流、水塘边戏水，不到没有安全保障的地方游玩。参加游泳活动，应该到安全，正规的游泳池游泳，并且必须要有监护人陪同。在游泳前做好相应的准备活动，以防止溺水事件的发生。教育孩子一但发现有人溺水，应立即报警或及时呼救，不要盲目下水营救，避免发生更多伤亡。

2、防火、防水、防气。

家长要在生活中注意消除水、火、气、电等存在的隐患，并做到以下几点：

(1)严禁孩子到野外、建筑施工场所或闲置地块玩耍;(2)严禁孩子到水边玩耍、戏水，不得私自下水游泳;(3)教育孩子，当遇有他人落水等遇险情况，在没有绝对安全把握的前提下，不得轻易下水救人，要学会呼喊路人或抛绳索及应用小木棍施救等常识。(4)要做好防煤气中毒、防雷击、防台风、防暴雨和防洪涝等防自然灾害侵害等教育。

3、防盗、防拐、防骗。

(1)教育孩子提高安全防范意识和自救自护的能力。密切关注子女的行踪，做到知去向、知归时、知同伴、知活动内容;外出时保管好贵重物品，不乘坐无牌照和超载车辆;未经家长允许不在外留宿过夜，不与社会闲散人员或品行不端人员、陌生人交往，不和陌生人一起就餐，防止坏人拐骗、绑架。

(2)牢记报警电话“110”，火警电话“119”，救护电话“120”。如发现子女有异常行为应立即予以询问、调查、制止，极早做好消除安全隐患工作。

4、做好假期卫生教育工作。

要教育孩子养成良好的个人卫生习惯，勤洗手，坚持每天适量体育锻炼，注意饮食卫生安全，不吃变质过期食物，发现流行疾病症状及时送正规医院进行相应的治疗。

五是安排好学生暑期活动。青少年学生的身体和心理都未成熟，极易受到不良因素诱惑。家长要对子女的自由活动时间进行合理安排和有效控制，要加以正确引导，不要放任自流。鼓励孩子参加一些有组织、有安全保障、益智益体的训练或社会实践活动，培养学生的动手能力和热爱劳动的品行，丰富学生的假期生活。在外务工人员将孩子带到务工城市，一定要加强看护，防止被拐骗以及不明路况、地理环境造成伤害。

Im in the school is a beautiful school， has many different kinds of

plants. Look! Those two covering at the school gate， thin timbo hangs from the

thick branches. Whenever the wind breeze picked up， sister timbo sister gently

highest tree thats school， the oldest tree， the green tree. The little fan of

green leaves， the thick branches， like a huge green umbrella. When they have a

lot of students in the class play， happy laughter ripples in and around the

tree. In the tree on the left， there is a grass of home - the football field.

Football has a lot of grass， soft， like a big green blanket. Next to the

football field is the bright five-star red flag， high in the sky look at the

growth of the students.

In the east of China， there is a small city---Haimen. I was born there.

Today， I am telling you about my hometown. Haimen is not far from Shanghai. It’s

at the mouth of the Changjiang River. Haimen is a modern city. There are lots of

high buildings in it. Most of us live in flats. We like to live in flats because

we can be close to our friends. In the center of Haimen， there are many shops.

You can buy some nice things here. Things in most shops aren’t expensive. You

can pay a little money and they are yours. My hometown is a beautiful city. On

each of the roads， there are some big trees and nice flowers. The roads are also

very clean. They make people happy and comfortable. The seasons here are very

nice. I like autumn best. It’s neither hot nor cold. A poem says “Flyer of

summer come to my window to sing， then fly away. And yellow leaves of autumn，

which have no songs， just fall there with a sign.” It’s very cool.I love Haimen.

It’s a nice place to live. Welcome to my hometown.

I am writing this letter just want to say thanks to you. I am going to graduate in two weeks. You have been my class adviser for three years. During these three years you have spent lots of energy on us. You are not only teaching knowledge in the class, but also care our life. Sometimes we are afraid of you, because of your strict requirement for our study. However, you are so helpful in the daily life. No matter what difficulties we are in, you will help if you can. So, I also want to say sorry to you for making so much trouble. But you bear all my trouble. I don’t know what kind of class adviser I will meet in the future study, but I will remember and appreciate you forever. I want to say thank you again.
