This summer, I had some special days. I joined dongzhou international educational exchange summer camp.

First, I will tell you about our foreign teachers, they are shrina and rebecca. They are friendly and beautiful. They are students at oxford university.

We talked about many things: famous people, subjects in england, different jobs, our deal days, western star signs, what can we say in a restaurant and so on.

We know lots of things, like what the difference is between “chef” and “cook”, all the parts of the body…

We tried to write a letter to principal zhang. We made a play and we drew our own comics and tried to sell it. We gave some other students english lessons, we taught them about chinese dragon, chinese martial arts and the olympics.

Every afternoon, we played exciting games: chinese whispers, tongue twisters, wheelbarrow, egg and spoon, three legs…

On the last day, we had a good time. We made black tea. We put tea bags, some milk and lots of water in to a big bowl, and then we stirred the tea until it became red and dark. Oh, it tasted good! later, we used eggs, flour and milk to make many pancakes. To cook them is very interesting. When we finished it, the pancakes looked round and nice. We put some jam on it. how delicious! I won’t ever forget it.

The summer camp is a really good chance for me. I know the local things in england. I learned a lot and like english more. I also know better ways to learn english well.

I hope one day i can see you in england.

I am a junior high school student. Everyday, I get up at 7 am. And then, my mother gives me my breakfast. I go to school at 7.30 am. I have 4 classes in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. I go back home at 5 pm, and finish my homework before 8 pm. I go to sleep at 10 oclock.

虽然英语有点难，但是只要用心学，一定能学好。

im a tall and lively boy. i like playing basketball very much because its

interesting. i like nba, too. there are many famous stars in it. such as alan,

iveson, tim, donken, jordan, kobe, oneal and so on. yao ming is in the nba,

too. hes chinese. he plays basketball well. hes a center forward. hes our

pride. all the ball stars can jump, shoot and pour in the basket. so each game

of the nba is wonderful. sometimes the players can perform miracles, i

think.

this years champion is spur team. it’s one of the strongest

contenders.

i like nba. i love basketball.

Compared to the universe, our lives are really short, just like a meter.

But the meaning of life doesnt depend on its length but contributions. For

example, Marie Curie, in order to find the radium, she devoted her whole life to

the research. Though the radioactive element had shorter her life, she never

gave up her mind to serve the world. According to her story, I conclude that the

first meaning of life is contribution. The standard of judging a life isnt how

much he asks for but how much he gives away.

The second meaning of life is struggling for our goals. Each of us has

goals, such as longing for position, hoping for wealth and looking forward to be

loved. However, the path leading to them isnt filled with roses. But no matter

how tough to accomplish our dream we should never say die. If you really want to

achieve them, please keep diligent and patient just like an English motto

goes;“No pains ,no gains.”

The third meaning of life is happiness. Not only should we keep happy, but

also bring enjoyment to others .For example, we can have an optimistic attitude

which can affect the people in our surroundings. Besides, we are supposed to be

ready to help others, because in this way we can make both us and them happy .I

consider it an unchangeable truth that ‘Helping others creates happiness.

just want to say, the lives for us are limited, but we are able to make

efforts to make it shine out .Believe it, though our lives are rather short, we

can also make a hit .If we try our best, our lives will be meaningful as

well.

今天一大早，我就风风火火的赶到少年宫。这是为什么呢？因为我今天要参加英语剧表演。

刚进会场，哈，我们已经迟了里面早已热闹非凡。第一个上场的表演的节目是狮子觅食。一个同学头戴狮子面具威风凛凛的出场了。只见他伸伸懒腰说道：“I  am   hungry，What’s  for  dinner 。”说完就出去觅食了。这时一只小兔子拿着一个红萝卜蹦蹦跳跳的走了过来，狮子一见就上前去威严地说：“把食物给我吃吧。”小兔子一看是狮子，连忙把手中的红萝卜送给了狮子，狮子吃了一口觉得不好吃，发了狮威恶狠狠的把红萝卜砸向小兔子还大声的骂着，小兔子吓得飞快的逃跑了。他们精彩的表演赢得了一片掌声。狮子表演者熟练的英语对话、惟妙惟肖的动作，仿佛把我们带进了一个动物园。

接下来的节目是皇帝的新装、狼来了和拔萝卜，各班的表演都很精彩，让我觉得心里不踏实起来，怕自己表演不好。

终于轮到我们上场了，我的心怦怦直跳怕我们班会输给其他的班级。当音乐一响起来，我们每个人都很快进了状态。我那颗怦怦直跳的心也平静了下来。大家各自表演者自己的角色，十分认真。突然电脑出问题了，把我们出场的顺序都打乱了，弄得我们几个团团转转都不知道怎么去表演了。这是老师在后面打着手势让我们跟着幻灯片来表演，我们手忙脚乱的的样子把评委都逗笑了。最后我们的成绩只有76.365分。

虽然这次我们没有取得好的成绩，但是我们却收获了快乐。

As far as topics are concerned, the topics for classroom visits are generally determined by the professor, but most professors are very flexible. We have approximately thirty-five faculty members that teach courses in Asian Studies, ranging from language and culture to history and economics.

Sunday, April 8th

10 am - Cultural Exhibition opens

12 am - International Festival begins with a speech by the university president and an introduction of visiting dignitaries

1-5 pm - Opportunity to visit festival, interact with student performers, taste foods

6 pm - Dinner with Director of Mansfield Center Phil West, Ambassador Mark Johnson, and staff of Mansfield Center

As we know , English has become an internationallanguage. It is more

The best way is to use it all the time . If we cantalk in English , think

in English we can learn it well . At school , we shouldlearn to hear , speak,

read and write carefully . We should spend enough timein practicing English . If

一、计划实施的目标：

1.提高自己在语文、数学等方面的学习能力。

2.加强运动，提高身体素质。

3.学会做简单的家常菜。

二、具体措施：

1.针对自己的薄弱学科的学习态度、学习方法、学习目标进行反思，调整。

2.在家长的指导下，写好自己切实可行的暑假生活、学习计划。(安排好每天复习进度的明细内容)

3.把练习卷上做正确的题目进行整理，确认自己已经掌握了哪些知识，具备了哪些运用能力，树立自己对本学科的信心。

4.把练习卷上做错的题目进行整理、抄录，打开教科书，逐题进行分析，找到错误的关键之处，进行认真的订正后，再到教材上找到相关类型的题目，进行练习、强化。(尽可能用自己的力量解决问题)

5.遇到无法解决的困难，按教科书的学习顺序进行梳理罗列。了解自己学习问题的共性薄弱点，然后可以请老师一起帮助解决。

6.每周二次带着学科的不懂之处和老师一起分析、解决问题。回家后运用老师解决问题的方法进行自我强化练习，填补自己的学习漏洞。(这一点必须按照教材由浅入深的学习顺序，切不可东一榔头西一棒的无序)

7.每次完成习题的订正，将错题订正的全过程，牢牢地记在脑海里(背出)，渐渐地形成解题方法的量的积累。

8.一星期打两次球，游三次泳，增加运动，提高体能。(也可以听音乐等，做自己有兴趣的事)9.一星期跟着父母学做两次家常菜，如炒茄子，蒸鱼之类，再做一些力所能及的家务。三、时间安排：1.一星期学习五天，上午2.5小时，下午2.5小时。按一小时一节课安排好课表。

2.每天的3点以后是运动或做家务的时间。(也可以安排一些合适的娱乐活动)

3.双休日去看一些有益的展览会，或参加一些有益的社会活动。

四、家长督促：

1.设计好每天的生活、学习评价表，对自己每天的生活、学习作好评价。

2.家长一周三次检查学生的暑期生活、学习计划执行的情况和进度，及时帮助解决执行中的困难。

3.家长在帮助学生执行计划时，也要尊重学生的要求，切不可急躁。要重视学生学习态度的调整和学习兴趣的提高。

Working is important.We work to support our family and to promote ourselves.Therefore in order to prove his ability, someone work with all his might.

But the result might be that he probably lost many precious things,such as health and his family.So working is not everything of ones life.Besides working, we should enjoy life more and pay attention to our health.

January 28 2010 it was the third day of our winter holiday. today， there are many business in my mother‘s company. so my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mother’s company. i sat in my mother‘s office and help her answer the telephone. while i was free， i was writing my homework. although i also have a lot of time to do my homework， i still do it. because in my mother’s office， i had nothing to do. if i did nothing， i was wasting my time and my life. i can‘t do the foolish thing. we should take good use of our time.

In the modern society, our life has cannot leave the traffic, and traffic safety, also cannot be ignored, and must speak out the line, starts from me. But some people dont pay attention to traffic safety, have you ever thought, maybe is a little small negligence, it may cause you a lifetime of regret.

要是司机的反应慢了一点点，那一车含苞待放的小花朵，或许还没来得及绽放，就被这场车祸葬送了性命。想到这，吓得我出了一身的冷汗。这时双方车主争论了起来，我靠近了一点儿，闻道小轿车车主的身上有一股难闻的酒气，显然是喝了许多的酒。这时，交警也赶到了现场来处理这场交通事故。

那些醉酒驾驶的人们，不要再让自己的生命在生死线上徘徊了;那些不遵守交通规则的人们，请遵守交通规则吧!作为一名小学生，我要以身作则，一定要严格遵守交通规则。

A Present For Mother’s Birthday

Everyone should give his mother a present when his mother’s birthday is coming. It is 25th May Sunday. Today is Han Mei’s mother’s birthday. So she wanted to give her mother a special present. What present should she give? Maybe a bunch of flowers a birthday card are the best presents. A card is cheaper. But it is bad for trees. The more I buy cards, the more trees will be cut by people. So what another present should she give? Let me tell you this present.

It was five o’clock. It was time to surprise her mother. When Han Mei’s mother came home, Han Mei said Happy Birthday to her mother. Then she cleaned her mother’s feet. As you can see, her mother was very surprise.

转眼间，一个星期过去了，这个星期很有意义，因为这是开学的第一周，我也交到了不少好朋友，让我体会导了初中生活跟小学生活极大的差异，更让我体会导了初中生活的辛苦。

这五天来，除了开学的第一天还是非常轻松的以外，其它四天我都是生活在作业的世界中的，苦的就是每一节课上完之后，作业就会在原来的基础上又增高一层，没上完一节课，我就要急急忙忙的拿出作业来赶，不但如此，还要在上课前，留下足够的时间做好充分的准备，对于小学的生活来说，真得是天地之差！当然，我也知道过了初中，高中的生活是更加艰难的，这是后话了。对我来说，初中的下课只是一个幌子，没有时间休息，而这也只是一个小小的开端，以后的每一天都会比现在更加繁忙，我不能被现在所谓的辛苦而打倒，就此放弃。我应该要打倒现在的困难，让我的生活更加有意思。也许，我刚从杨苗小学转过来，还无法跟初中接上轨，毕竟我从来没真正了解过初中这个熟悉而又陌生的词，说熟悉，但是我只是远远地听到过，也没想到自己已经能离这个词这么近了，只有当我真正能使陌生的初中生活变得熟悉，才是我离初中这两个字没有距离的时候。在这段时间里，我也许会一直很忙，因为我还没为初中的一切拟定一份详细的计划书，如果不是因为今天，我也许有可能已经完全忘了还有这么一回事，我准备在初中的时候大大增加阅读量，因为我们以前的老师经常跟我们说初中考的范围很广，有些都是在课外的。我更加要仔细听讲，不能漏了老师所讲的一分一毫，这是一件必然的事，在初中，我还要随时记下老师所讲的，课后好好复习，如果可以的话，我准备买几本有关的练习来看，来做，提高自己的学习成绩。我希望在初中我会想那太阳一样越升越高，像跑步一样，越跑越远，冲破终点！

我要好好迎接我的初中生活，努力按照计划上的实行！

Everyone has pressure, as long as you have things done or to heart, the pressure will go unnoticed in the attachment in the mans body, cause all sorts of "symptoms", for example: cant sleep, reduce appetite, or in a bad mood... And so on.

My pressure is not home after finish homework cant write, often busy to midnight; Dads pressure is accounting work done; Mothers pressure because he was a career woman, a candle burning at both ends and worry cant give attention to both family and work is good, and her sisters pressure is myopic degree increased very fast, it is difficult to control.

Pressure are not necessarily bad, there are also some is good. The rules in our class, for example: not diligent student didnt change class will not be able to finish homework, because of the pressure, a heartbreaker for these people, finally they decided to change my homework finished, also get real learning, no longer look for excuses to slack off. So the pressure is often motivates us go forward.

Large and small pressure exists in our life, we should be appropriate to adjust the mood, the pressure into power, so as to let the life become more colorful.

人人都有压力，只要有事情做不完或想不开时，压力就会神不知鬼不觉的附着在那个人的身上，引起各种“症状”，例如：睡不着觉、食欲降低或心情不好……等。

我的压力是补习回家后功课写不完，常常忙到三更半夜;爸爸的压力是会计工作做不完;妈妈的压力是因为他身为职业妇女，一只蜡烛两头烧，担心家庭跟工作没办法兼顾好，而姐姐的压力是近视的度数增加的非常快，很难控制。

压力不一定都是坏的，也有一些是好的。以我们班上的规定为例：不用功的学生没改完作业就不能下课，因为这个压力，让这些人伤透了脑筋，最后他们终于决定把作业改完，也获得真正的学习，不再找借口偷懒。所以压力常常会督促着我们勇往直前。

大大小小的压力存在我们的生活当中，我们应该适当的调适心情，把压力化为助力，这样才能让生活变得多采多姿。

My   Friend

Hello!What’s your favourite friend Yu Ling is my favourite friend. She is a beautiful girl. She smiles friendly. I think it’s her smile that makes her beauty. We live in the same city, so that we always stay together, no matter going to classroom or having dinners. She likes salad and beef for lunch. She likes chicken and rice for dinner.I love my friend. We have healthy food. .Yu Ling likes sharing interesting things with others. Such as, she likes telling us her funny stories of her childhood . She always tells me that I should be more extroverted and learn to talk to others. Under the influence of her, I communicate with others more frequently and I find that it feels so great.
