Currently, there is a widespread concern about the previously neglected connection between growing human population and decreasing wild species. 上课之前，这是我期望看到的。但当局面真的变成这样的时候，我又显得有些手足无措，不知该如何是好。整堂课上大家的情绪都很高涨：有的是学习得高涨、有的是自娱自乐得高涨当时看到这样的场面，我想控制，却是心有余而力不足。

今天的教学中，不谈教学方法、不谈教学设计、不谈其它什么理论知识。光是课堂秩序，就让我极其无奈。从中，真的不难看出我的组织管理能力是何等欠缺，老师也是不能缺气场的。

在大学生“史上最难就业”的背后，职业院校正迎来春天。最新的统计显示，传统制造业的转型升级正迅速提振珠海对技术人才的需求，但由于本地职业院校培养规模小，技术人才供需矛盾突出，去年珠海技术人才缺口已接近10万人，今年继续呈现扩大的趋势，一些企业开出上万月薪仍招不到技术工人。(12月3日《南方都市报》)

用工荒，这其实是最近十年来几乎每到招聘季都会出现的“新闻”。虽然同被表述为“用工荒”，但却有着结构性的不同。比如在最初可能是农民工类的低级技工的不足，但随着产业结构的升级，如今可能更多是指具有专门性技能的高级技工的缺乏。这一点之所以有被指出的必要，是因为其很好的反应了技工荒背后的本质问题，即人才供应与经济发展的不同步或是脱节。

一谈到技工荒，人们很容易发现一个普遍性的矛盾现象，一边是企业招不到人，一边却是很多年轻人乃至家长不愿意选择技校。这种反差通常被解释为“偏见”、“学历崇拜”使然。诚然，这种严重出入的群体选择背后，确实有不少观念上的因素，但“偏见”之存在，却在根本上仍是利益权衡所致。

职业教育在近年来越来越多的被强调，但之于职业教育的歧视却仍普遍性存在。一个颇具代表性的例子是，时下不少大城市在落户政策的设计上，学历已成为一个硬性标准，这意味着绝大多数的技工都无缘在大城市落户。而在教育政绩的考核中，也仍主要偏重于“大学生”的培养数量，职业教育的成果依然是边缘化的存在。如此一来，一个显而易见的后果是，地方政府在职业教育的投入上更青睐于行政导向，而非市场需求。

还要看到，当前媒体所呈现出来的技工缺口，其实是不够准确的。要知道，相当一部分大学毕业生其实做了本应由职校生来做的工作。这一来说明，职业教育和大学教育的辨识度是模糊的，二来，无论是大学教育还是职业教育，都缺乏对用工需求和经济结构的准确回应。在这样的背景下，学历越来越贬值，更多的人必然选择去获取更高的学历来填补“贬值”的那一部分价值，而这种社会性选择，反馈到用人企业那里，由于学历和文凭缺乏准确的技能辨识度，也就只能优先选择高学历的求职者。

可以说，技工荒的出现，不只是职业教育发展的问题，而是整个教育培养机制与市场的需要和具体的经济机构产生了断裂，不仅市场的正常需求得不到及时的反馈和满足，还产生了文凭挤压效应。在文凭链条上处于“末端”的技工，表明看需求缺口很大，但并不意味着能够给人足够的就业安定感。于是，一边是企业“求贤若渴”，一边是职校依然被冷落。

明晰了这些因素就可知，面对技工荒，仅仅去谴责择校偏见是徒劳的。首先还是要从制度上清除对职校生的歧视和因文凭带来的不公平感。二是要加速推进一些高校向职业教育的转型。高校的过度和不当扩张，在某种程度上其实成了维护当下教育格局的一种“既得利益”，不仅占据了教育资源，也阻碍了观念的转变;三是要，丰富人才和文凭评价标准，提升文凭和学历所对应的技能辨识度，让大学教育和职业教育形成真正的分流，而非优劣分层;再者，要从顶层设计上，提升教育体系的开放程度，认识到人才培养与经济需求相配合的重要性，为社会化办学、市场化办学扫清机制障碍，增加职业教育的投入力度。

技工荒现象，其实当前在一些发达国家也同样成为一个问题。其中的原因很复杂，涉及到观念、制度、产业结构等等复杂因素。但越复杂，越是要及早引起重视，不能等到用工荒，才想起职业教育和技工的缺口，否则不仅将影响到经济结构和产业的转型升级，也会累积社会的就业风险。

新闻网报道，毛坦厂中学与金安高级中学近日发布2017年招收补习生收费标准(第一学期)。这份收费标准相当吸睛，是按学生自己本年度高考成绩分数与一本招生分数段相差多少进行收费的，其最少收费为2800元，最多收费4.8万元。

以民办中学的名义，该不该直接使用价格杠杆过滤学生数量的问题涉及政府、校方、家长、学生等多个利益关联方。这就需要政府发挥“有形之手”的作用，通过规范管理、资金扶持等行之有效的方式，更加有效地调度配置教育资源，削减诸如毛坦厂中学等超级中学在招生时间、收费方面拥有的更多自主权，遏制其剥夺部分平民家庭进入毛坦厂中学补习中心的资格。
