初步来看，高中禁用手机，制度初衷良好，也并没什么错。现在的手机功能过于强大，对于自制力弱的中学生而言，拿上一部手机就如同拥有一个私人“小网吧”，很容易引起有害其身心健康的各种问题。玩游戏，看小说，逛网站，搞网恋，考试作弊，充电隐患等等。一旦缺乏有效管制，玩心就会放大，进而影响学习、生活。

只不过，制度本身应有“度”，需要严谨规范，更不能搞“一堂言”。站在客观的角度，学校的这项处罚着实重了些，并且有违法理，不太“理性”。

关于此，21世纪教育研究院副院长熊丙奇表示，沧州一中所规定的“学生在校带手机一经发现，将被劝退，甚至被开除”，处罚过重，违反了教育法等法规。北京市京师律师事务所律师王殿学也认为，沧州一中学仅因为学生携带或使用手机就劝退或变相开除学籍，于法无据。就是说，这项处罚决定，即使合乎清理，合乎校规，但却不合法。

Currently, there is a widespread concern about the previously neglected connection between growing human population and decreasing wild species. In our daily life, if we get on harmoniously with our friends, we’ll feel more joyous.
