I hope I can grow up quickly and have a good job, so that my father do not have to work so hard.

What I expect for city life is not just about drink bars, shopping mall, entertainment center etc, although they are indeed better than the facility in the rural areas. What I expect for city life is a clearer environment, not only in the surroundings but also in peoples spirit. I hope the people around me are all good mannered with politeness and courtesy, there is no quarrel, no battle, people treat each other with respect. I hope there would be no traffic jam as in Beijing our country capital today where traffic jam happened everyday, which make the citizens feel depressed and great pressure.

安庆，这样一个美丽的城市，他没有大都市那样的喧闹，也没有小村庄那样的寂寥，就是这样一个可爱的小城，它的饮食有着自己的特色。

“肉食者鄙，未能远谋”，许多地方特色的饮食都不是大鱼大肉的，我所写的，自然也不是肉类，那是一个很普通的食物。

上学的路上，很多同学都会见到街边支着一口大锅，锅边是个烧炭火的炉子，在一旁就是一张大木桌，一个技法娴熟的人正在桌上揉着面。说到这里，相信每个安庆人都不会陌生，这就是今天我所要介绍的美食——安庆特有的早点——侉饼油条。

北京人早点爱喝豆汁儿，吃焦圈儿，天津人早点爱吃煎饼果子，安庆人爱吃侉饼油条，这三者虽有异曲同工的相似之处，但我认为三者之首乃侉饼油条者也。北京人的焦圈儿不管饱，且吃起来很费时间，而且那豆汁儿味儿也不是什么人都能受得了的。而煎饼果子呢，做得又实在太精细，料子一大堆，最后只是四四方方那么一小块，好吃是不可否认的，就是太芜杂。而安庆的侉饼油条确实是再好不过了，首先，它价格便宜，一顿早饭，能吃的人，一张大饼，一根油条；不能吃的，半张大饼，一根油条，现在加起来，最多也不过三元，换做以前，却只要几角钱。爸爸每每想起小时候的早点，记忆最深的就是这侉饼油条了。

那时候，家里很穷，每天早晨吃饭，不是稀饭就咸菜就是馒头就咸菜，正巧奶奶又不那么会“化败絮为金玉”，爸爸小时候嘴又奇馋，所以一个星期之中，有那么一天早晨，奶奶会给爸爸几角钱，让他去买一张侉饼加一根油条做早餐。爸爸总是会飞奔到一个侉饼油条的摊子边，向那人说：“拿一张饼，一根油条。”并且不要做好了的。因为侉饼油条应趁热吃才香。他看着那人笑着将一张揉好的面饼撒上些糖，再将那撒糖一面往一个装着满满芝麻的小盆中一扑，那面就被粘满了芝麻，然后再在芝麻之上撒一把小葱，用毛刷刷一层油，最后用火钳夹着，伸进炉子，将那什么也没有的一面贴在炉壁上，再来炸油条，见他熟练地将早已做好的两根面粉条叠在一起，两端稍稍压实，再扭一圈，拉长，放入油锅，面粉条边上起了一层白花，且迅速膨胀，这时候，只见那人熟练地用两根长筷子将油条在油锅中来回翻滚，说也奇怪，那油条在这么高温烹炸后，还是那么直，直的就像是原来的面粉条整体放大后变了颜色一样。等油条整体浮上了油锅，就算好了，拿出来放进锅边的一个小铁篮里，再等一会儿，大饼也好了，从锅里取出，去了上面的一些黑炭，将油条放在饼上，用饼一夹，只听“咔擦”一声，爸爸连忙从那人手中接过，给了钱，马上双手抱着大咬一口。刚出锅的饼，香甜；刚出锅的油条，酥脆，二者合而为一，真是松脆可口，妙不可言，一张侉饼一根油条下肚，又充饥，又解馋，真是早点佳品。

现在的生活，早已不是往日那般模样，孩子们早已不用为没有好吃的而嘴馋，早餐的大饼油条早已为我们所不屑一顾，街市上的这种小摊子也是越来越少，侉饼油条最初那朴实醇厚的香甜如今也失色了许多，侉饼油条这样再低廉、再普通不过的食物，成了许多安庆人的回忆，真也不容易。可是，有些东西没有了，也就没有了。

在我家乡的东面，有两座大山，一座是五指山，一座是锤子窝。听爷爷讲它们俩曽是一对好兄弟，感情很好，从不吵架，对方做错了事也不会责怪对方，只是互相包容，让对方改过来，它们挨在一起住，生活得十分幸福。

可是，有一天俩兄弟为了砍伐树木而吵了起来，他俩互骂对方，谁都不让谁，最后还打了起来，弟弟用自己的爪子挖了哥哥的脸，还有五个手指印在哥哥的脸上，哥哥非常生气，找来了大锤子，重重的朝弟弟身上砸了过去，弟弟的身子一砸就陷了下去，弟弟更生气了。从此，两兄弟一个毁了容貌，一个变成了小矮子。

两人从此就不再是兄弟了。在生活中，两人都好胜，谁也想比过对方，都不相让，而且它俩不互相包容，感情也越来越恶化了。弟弟不在理哥哥，而是整天贫嘴。哥哥也不让着弟弟整天和它吵架。最后哥弟俩烦了。它俩不再住一起了，哥哥去了西边，弟弟去了东边。久而久之，就形成了两座山。他们相对而生，却有又在山底断开。

这就是我们家乡的两座大山，一个叫五指山，另一个叫锤子窝。西边是哥哥五指山，东边是弟弟锤子窝。

现在，这两座山还屹立在我家乡。

时间过得可真快呀！转眼我已经五年多没有回家乡了，于是，我准备和妈妈一起回家乡。

早上，阳光明媚，天空也显得格外的蓝。我和妈妈都异常兴奋，毕竟那是我们日夜思念的故乡啊！坐在回家乡的火车上，我倚窗而坐，看着外面的世界，我的思绪又回到了我的儿童时代。那时，我们的村子是一排排平房，交通也比较落后，人们都是步行出去办事和赶集，尤其是下了雨之后，村庄里的路特别泥泞。在我的记忆中，人们总是穿得比较破旧，大家经济都不太宽裕，很少有人家买得起电视。我们总是去村子里的某些叔叔、阿姨家看电视，电视也只是14寸黑白电视，可那时已令很多人羡慕了！

经过了几个小时的旅程，我们终于到达了我的家乡启东市——江苏省的一个县级市。一下车，哇！我被眼前的景象迷住了，好一片田园风光，这在大城市是很难见到的：绿油油的田地，规划得很整齐的花园，一排排整齐的小洋楼，我真有点不敢相信，这就是我的家乡，我仿佛走进了“世外桃源”。五年的时间，没想到家乡有如此大的变化：原来狭窄小路都修成了宽阔的水泥路;原来的小平房都盖成了一幢幢小洋楼;还有街道上都建起了二十多层的商业楼，街上也热闹非凡;来往的汽车各式各样，家乡人的生活真是变得富裕了。我和妈妈来到了外公外婆住的村子，看到眼前的一切，惊住了，以前的小平房都不见了，取而代之的是很整齐的小洋房，每家门前都有一个小花园。我真想一下子出现在外公外婆的面前，于是，我们加快了脚步。一路上，我们不断地碰到妈妈认识的一些家乡人，他们热情地跟我们打招呼，他们知道我们是从北京回来的，还用普通话和我交流，这令我非常诧异。妈妈告诉我，因为家乡人也喜欢看电视，这几年他们从电视里学到了不少的新东西。
