可是他们似乎忘却了命运的不公，每天如一，在市集里无比认真地坚持着水平有限的表演，并不悠扬却依旧耐听的二胡、并不完美却依旧新奇的魔术、并不惊险却依旧刺激的翻梯……艺人们克服着自身的.缺陷，尽可能地让自己的演出趋于完美，人们那阵阵的叫好声，即是对精彩演出的回馈，更是对不屈精神的赞美!

渐渐地，我也向他们学会了坚持，他们坚持着身残志坚的表演，哪怕付出远多于常人，也要靠卖自己的力气养活自己，而我开始坚持看他们表演，每次来集市时，不再是漫无目的的消遣，而是心有所向的寻觅。

演出者们因自尊而坚持，因坚持而美丽，那来自心底的执念，成为他们赢得人们认可、赢得人们尊重的力量之源。

我愿如他们一样，在学习与成长中，树立自己的目标，并为之努力坚持，坚守美丽，静待花开!

Since I was very small, I watched a lot of sports with my father. My father

is a huge fan of basketball match. When he has time, he will sit in the sofa and

watch NBA. So I enjoy the time to watch the match with him. I also become a

sport fan, but my passion on sports is much stronger. I am interested in

watching all kinds of sports, besides basketball, tennis, volleyball and other

sports are favored by me. Though I am a girl, I play many sports in the school.

My classmates admire me. I feel so proud of myself of being different. Whats

Mother remarried again， and Bob was a wonderful， kind man. I was twenty now

What is your favorite kind of music? Do you like jazz, popular music,

classical music, folk songs, blues, and so on? In high school I took one course

called music appreciation which I greatly enjoyed. This was not to learn how to

play a specific instrument but to learn how to read and listen to music as an

art form. We read the stories about the lives of many composers and the history

of the musical instruments themselves. Sometimes we listened to tapes at the

language laboratory, or concerts. Music is sometimes called a universal

language. A composer who cannot speak a single word of our language can make us

feel joy and pride, exaltation and despair, peace and mystery through his

music.

Chinese First Spaceman

When I was in high school, one day, my Chinese teacher was so excited to tell us that our country’s first spaceman had landed the space successfully. Hearing the news, all the students felt excited, too, we were so proud that we were Chinese, it meant that our country had stepped into the new stage. Chinese first spaceman was Yang Liwei, at that time, all the news was talking about him, they watched him flied to the space and then came back safely. I did not have the chance to witness the process, because I had class at that time, but I was thinking about it all the time. Now many years have passed, more and more Chinese spacemen have flied to the space successfully, every time I will feel very excited, I am so happy to see our country become stronger.

I was waiting for the doctor to finish his examination.I was worried and

nervous.Would my father have to operate?Would a blood transfusion be

necessary?What would he have to say?

Dr Lin was a heart expert.He was an excellent doctor and his examinations

were always complete.He listened to the patients heart,took his blood pressure

and temperature,gave him an X-ray and examined his eyes and ears.The doctor

finall completed his examination and spoke to me.He told me that heart trouble

is never a minor illness,but this wasnt a serious heart attack.He advised

losing weight,getting plenty of sleep and eating good meals.Smoking and drinking

would be harmful,of course.Dr Lin said it would be necessary to be careful for a

while,but he was confident that there was nothing to worry about.

I felt much better after I spoke to Dr Lin.I was certain that my father

would be up and around again very soon.Hes seventy five years old now,but he

can still live for a long time if he takes good care of himself.

右侧，是养老院。

上学的时候是遇不到养老院里的动静的。那里该是太阳红着脸攀上了高处，才渐渐有了生气。汽车得意地开进来，几声鹦鹉之鸣，猫叫狗吠被距离稀释地不太真切。倒是常在傍晚看见某一扇门轻轻转开，一位老人踱步出来，一手扶在栏上，不知向何处凝望一会儿，又踱步回去，于是那一屋的灯便关了。养老院的夜宁静而绵长。只是不知该有多深的黑暗，才会让昔日的荣光再微微发亮?

而在这之间，是一座寺庙。

刚搬家时我也打趣：“这一中旁边有座庙，该不是为考试前拜一下吧?”黄色的基调生硬地嵌在目光里，撞得生疼。随着晃晃白昼一起飘荡的袅袅烟气始终将它包裹，熏出一种超凡脱俗之感。并不将其放在心上的我终是在一日见其中僧侣后愣了一下，恍神之中周遭之景竟都融入这片铺开的黄色中，僧侣念诵着什么向前走，目光望向遥远，没有汲汲的渴望，只是淡然地注视，却干净清澈。他并不会望向这侧的九楼，我也不曾遇上那束目光之后的力量。却忽觉这其中兑有校园的志向与老人的祥和。眼前之景接连成一片，如一曲连贯而明亮的乐章。

似锦前程呵!无愧于心呵!

我拭去窗上的水汽，我拂去窗上的尘灰。我注视着这片景，我叩问心底的愿。

Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the

world. For example, cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and

poisonous gas is given off by factories. Trees on the hills have been cut down

and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers.Furthermore, wherever

we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. Pollution is, in fact,

threatening our existence.

The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselves

and for our later generations. Fortunately, more and more people have realized

these problems. Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the

government. Laws have been passed to stop pollution. I hope the problem will be

solved in the near future and our home will become better and

better.Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the

world. With the development of industry and agriculture, cars make GREat noises

and give off poisonous gas. Trees on the hills have been cut down,and waste

water is being poured continuously into rivers. Furthermore,wherever we go

today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. The whole ecological balance of

the earth is changing. Massive destruction of environment has brought about

negative effects and even poses a great threat to mans existence.

We must face the situation that exists and take actions to solve our

environmental problems. For instance, new laws must be passed to place strict

control over industrial pollution, the pub!ic must receive the education about

the hazard of pollution and so on. We hope that all these measures will be

effective and bring back a healthful environment.

I’m a dog lover, because dogs are tame, friendly and easy to communicate

with. I have kept one in my house, whose name is Chocolate. She is covered with

brown curly hair and looks like a Teddy Bear. Now we have been living together

for two years, so I’m very familiar with her characteristics. When she is

hungry, she often barks loudly. At that time, I begin to realize that it’s time

to feed her. She is keen on beef and fish. Sometimes, she also eats some

人有生老病死，就在生命的尽头，一个人最牵挂的是什么?是他的亲人。而亲人最牵挂的也是自己。无论我们在何方，无论我们怎样的处境，也无论我们贫富贵贱，唯一真心爱我们的就是我们的亲人，而值得我们相信的也是我们的亲人。就算是生命的尽头，唯独留存的是那一份浓厚的亲情。

世界上总有人问：亲情、爱情、友情在心中会怎么排列?也总会有人回答：依次排列为：亲情、爱情、友情。也许世界上总是会有很多家庭的纷争，父母与子女之间的争吵是经常出现的，甚至还会出现断绝关系的这样一种状况。父母对我们恩重如山，抚养我们长大，这其中的酸辛，我们能明白吗?如果明白，我们能做到爱他们吗?对此，我认为，出现这种想法是不理智的，无论是父母还是子女，都背着一种责任，都需要对亲人负责。断绝关系?真的断绝了关系吗?断绝得了吗?关系就凭一句话就断绝得了的吗?那是一份亲情，永远存在，彼此之间还是会有牵挂，是无法割舍的。明确地说，亲情一句话就能能断绝的吗?我们都明白，亲情是无法断绝的。亲情是无法用金钱买到的。也许世界上会有人因为利欲熏心而出卖了亲情，也许会有人因为亲情而包庇已犯罪的亲人，也许会有人不顾亲情抓亲属归案。对于前者，那个人就是伤害了他的亲人，对于后者，那反倒是为了亲人，大义灭亲。生活中为了亲人肯放弃一切的，就只有亲人，生活中永远爱我们的，也是亲人。对，我们会回报，我们懂得回报，但这恩情，能回报得完吗?对于爱情，我们更要理智，不要因为爱情而自私，更不要因为爱情而伤害了亲人。

人生最重要的是什么?―亲情。我们要永远的记住：亲情是无法割舍的，亲情是我们生命中最宝贵的，亲情是永远都存在的。是亲情让我们感受到了温暖，学会感恩。世事无绝对，只有亲情最。

It seems we are living in the conflict between modern and traditional

cultures every day. Hearing the blaring of horns the moment you step out of your

house, seeing the so called "pop" the moment you open your eyes, you cant help

thinking, "Will the traditional culture be gradually lost?"

Many people believe so. They may put right in front of you all the

evidences they can dig out. They may argue that people are rushing to

restaurants instead of cooking at home, listening to pop music but not

traditional, wearing in a way people couldnt imagine ten years ago. Modern

people like the air of freedom, not to be restrained by traditions. They offer

this long list, only trying to confirm that this world is full of

fashion,competition and temptation and the traditional culture is fading and

will be lost at last.

Though we are now living in a world in which undeclared aggression, war,

hypocrisy, chicanery, anarchy are part of our daily life. Though this is a

skeptical age, and our faith has weakened, our confidence in some aspects of the

traditional culture should and would never be lost.

Wouldnt you agree that our traditional culture is always credited with

modesty, politeness and respectfulness, which have always been treasured for

more than five thousand years?Even in this modern world, people still admire

those with good manners, those who are polite to others or respectful to old

people.

Wouldnt you agree that our Chinese traditional music is beautiful and

artistic and our Chinese tea culture is always an appealing treasure to people

around the world?

So there may just be some changes in our lifestyle or our attitudes towards

life, but little change occurs to some fundamental aspects of our traditional

culture that people still treasure in heart.

自从踏进了初中，每天晚上，那璀璨的灯光就伴我而行。回家，见到的是温暖的笑容，听到的是亲切的问候。

我看不见的，是爷爷单薄的身子在风中摇曳的身影，是寒风在爷爷脸上刻下的刀痕。我听不见的，是夜空下爷爷心底无限的思念和期盼。然而这一切都是爷爷的爱。

亲情渗透下的爱如潮水

在我们的青春年华中，如阳光般灿烂的友谊，似星光般温柔的亲情，一直如影随形地陪着我成长。

Dumpling is a traditional Chinese food.On the lunar New Year s Day,most

families make a lot of delicious dumplings.To make them,follow this easy

process.

The first step is to mix the flour with water.When the dough is ready,we

can begin to make dumpling wrappers.We use a rolling pole to roll the dough into

small,thin and round pieces so that they will be easy to cook.When the wrappers

are done,it s time to prepare the filling.Usually,we use meat such as beef or

mutton,and some vegetables such as cabbage or carrots for filling.You may

actually choose whatever you like to put into it.We must chop those things into

small pieces.Then put some salt,oil and other condiments into it and stir it

evenly.When all these preparations are done,we can start making dumplings.First

put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper.Then stick the two

opposite sides together and then the rest.Don t just cover the filling with the

wrappers.The best shape of dumplings is that of a ship,because when they are

boiling in the pan,they look like ships sailing in the sea.The smell can make

your mouth water.

今天，我以一个志愿者的身份来到了乡下，到了陈爷爷家。

陈爷爷家房子不大，走进门，映入眼前的却是，阴暗狭窄的大堂，我敲了敲门，礼貌地问了一句：“陈爷爷在家吗?”

一个房间里走出来一位老奶奶,她热情地招待我，问我：“小朋友，你是谁，是来干什么的?”“我是志愿者，来帮助陈爷爷的。”“哦，陈爷爷在那个小房间里呢!”说着，她便向一个小房间指去。

我向奶奶指的地方走去，看见的却是在厨房忙东忙西的陈爷爷，我叫了一声：“陈爷爷。”陈爷爷回过头笑咪咪到看了我一眼，我发现陈爷爷既是一个残疾人，真是不可思议，赶紧走上前说：“陈爷爷，你歇会吧!我来帮你吧!”“小朋友你真懂事，谢谢，不过我的身子还硬朗的很。”看着，我真为陈爷爷心痛。

我趁陈爷爷在厨房里，我拿起拖把、扫把、撮箕，开始打扫卫生，爷爷看见直夸我棒。

我从这次志愿者活动中感受到了，人不管贫穷富贵，不管健康，还是残疾，只要帮助别人，自己会快乐，别人也会快乐。帮助别人就在一念之间，说起来容易，做起来有点难，要有帮助别人的勇气和力量,要有坚韧不拔的毅力，持之以恒的决心，才能真正做好一个合格的志愿者!

Today, I came to the countryside as a volunteer and went to Grandpa Chens

house.

Grandpa Chens house is not big. When I walked in the door, I saw a dark

and narrow lobby. I knocked on the door and asked politely, "Is Grandpa Chen at

home?"

An old grandmother came out of a room. She greeted me warmly and asked me:

"Little boy, who are you and what are you doing here?" "I am a volunteer to help

Grandpa Chen." "Oh, Grandpa Chen is here. In that small room!" As she spoke, she

pointed to a small room.

I walked to the place where my grandmother pointed, but what I saw was

Grandpa Chen busy in the kitchen, I called out, "Grandpa Chen." Grandpa Chen

turned around and smiled and glanced at me, I found Grandpa Chen As a disabled

person, it was incredible, so he quickly stepped forward and said, "Grandpa

Chen, take a break! Ill help you!" "Youre so sensible, my little one, thank

you, but my body is still very strong." , I am really heartbroken for Grandpa

Chen.

When Grandpa Chen was in the kitchen, I picked up the mop, broom, and

dustpan and started cleaning. Grandpa saw that I was great.

I have felt from this volunteer activity that no matter whether people are

poor or rich, healthy or disabled, as long as they help others, they will be

happy and others will be happy too. Helping others is just a thought. Its

easier said than done. It takes courage and strength to help others,

perseverance and perseverance to be a truly qualified volunteer!

走到街上，“红毛小子，黄毛丫头”随处可见;眼前闪过的脸，因为浓妆，已经辨认不出原来的模样，耳钉，唇钉，舌钉，很多人的身上打着七八个洞。这一系列的装扮，似乎成了“个性”的代名词。别扭的表情却认为是帅气，怪异的装束就是时尚。这个年代的青春似乎被附加了太多多余的元素。这真的就是个性吗?

网络上，“个性”代化也无处不在。黑色颓废的空间背景，令人费解的火星代字，矫揉造作的个性签名，统统被年轻人们拿来彰显个性。网络照片已经清一色的成为大眼睛，撅嘴巴;“网络非主流”迅速蔓延开来;低俗的网络音乐也在人们的推动下流行开来。这些，就是这个年代真正的个性吗?

个性到底是什么?个性就是展现自我的风采，展现自我的才华，展现自我的见解，是日积月累培养而来，由内而外散发的一种气质，而不是一味的追求“时尚”，效仿明星他人的装扮，言谈，举止。这样，不仅不会展现出个性，久而久之，还会失去真正的自我。张扬个性，是自我风采的展示，而不是肤浅雷同的作秀。

个性的张扬解放，确实有利于促进人的发展，社会的进步。18世纪欧洲的代艺复兴运动，就极大程度的解放了人的思想，发展了人们的个性;同样春秋战国时期我国的百家争鸣，也发展了个性，并为中华民族五千年优秀代明的建构，增砖添瓦。这样的个性是好的，是有利于人的发展的。

每个人不同的风采就是每个人的个性，没有同样的两片树叶，也没有同样的两个人。每个人的骨子里都有属于自己的一种个性，就看你怎样对待它了。如果你要与别人同化，追求雷同的时尚，无特点的个性，那么自己真正的个性就会消失不见;反之，你肯慢慢发现，那么最耀眼的主角一定会是你。

把握自己的个性，做真正的自己，最炫的主角。
