My mother is the most diligent person in my house, she takes care of me all

the time and does all the housework. As I grow up, I realize that my mother is

such a great woman, what she does for us surpasses everything. I find my

The lucky-number has become increasingly popular in daily life of modern

sociality. For example, the number eight means big money which people like most,

while the number four means death.

Some people believe lucky numbers so deeply that they will afford a

telephone with numbers without four and others which is bad in their mind. They

argue that the lucky-number really can bring good luck, and, at least, no

evidence testifies they can not.

As far as I am concerned, there is no such relationship between the numbers

and lucky, for the reason that numbers their self are given certain meaning for

the purpose of application of mathematic. And, in addition, man should not

depend on lucky which, in their mind, the numbers gives them.

There was once a man that thought he knew everything, and so kept showing

off to the people at his country. As time passed, many people began to feel,

that this smart man, could even beat the professor of the king. Now this king

was very proud, but the professor was not so at all. But the professor said,

“Don’t say it too soon;” and from those words, he began to decide which hard

question to ask the man.

At last he thought of a funny question, “He shall never find the answer!

One day the professor piled up in the line, and waited his turn. When it

为了您的孩子，为了全校学生的安全，特致信各位家长，请您和学校一起携手做好保护孩子的安全工作，配合学校做到以下要求。

1、家长是孩子安全的责任人和监护人，希望家长认真负责，耐心教育，并能以身作则，遵守学校的规章制度，做子女的榜样。

2、无特殊事宜，家长不得进入校园，如果家长需进入校园时，请严格遵守登记制度，服从学校门卫的管理。

3、开车接送孩子的家长要将车辆停靠在校门15米以外的区域，避免堵塞校门，引发不安全隐患。

4、教育孩子上学放学路上不与陌生人交谈，不跟陌生人走，不吃陌生人给的东西，学会自护。

5、教育学生严格遵守学校作息时间。无特殊原因不要过早到校，放学后孩子尽快离校回家，不得在校园或校园周边其它场所逗留。东苑小学夏季作息时间:早晨7:40开校门，不得早于该时间到校。8:10预备，中午11:45放学;下午2:10开校门，不得早于该时间到校，2:30预备，下午4:15放学。

7、家长要加强对孩子的交通安全常识教育，培养孩子交通安全意识，防止交通事故发生。如教育孩子在上学放学的路上须靠右边行走，不横穿马路;不在马路上相互追逐、打闹、玩耍;过马路时，要学会避让机动车辆，不与机动车辆争道抢行，走人行横道。

8、教育孩子远离天井、楼房高处、窗户等危险处，更不能攀爬，以防发生摔伤事故。

教育保护孩子平安健康的成长，是我们共同的责任。为把学生安全工作做细、做深、做实，让我们家校携手共同努力。

As a small kid, I want to grow up soon, so that I can be independent. But

the adults always tell me that it is a lucky thing to be a child, because I can

be young and innocent. Though I don’t understand their words totally, I must

keep my young heart and enjoy every moment of my life.

After a short time, a green parrot hopped out of the enchanted zoo, and

wentback towards the town. As he was hopping about, the animal control

officercame and shouted to him;the parrot understood, and started to fly up. The

van of the so called “Animal controller”, followed until the gas ran out. He had

Now of course, the green parrot escaped out of sight, and found some twigs

treasure from his mates, and started for land immediately, they kept the

Now let’s go back to the parrot; the parrot was actually having a pretty

good time, but his nest became a pretty kettle of fish. His eyesight was not too

bad either; nor his ears. When Captain Cook’s ship came closer to land, the

parrot was all ears to hear what he was saying. “Mates, you go down and fetch as

much gold as you can, while I stay here. I ve had a long week of sailing onthis

ship, so I’m going to stay in my bed and kick back.”

His mates were like servants and obeyed immediately. The parrot, however;

heard his every word, and wanted to stay and live with the captain. He had a

plan, and then he flew down and tickled a mate’s toe. The mate laughed, and the

parrot stopped. When the mate paid attention to the parrot, the mate said, “How

thanks;” “Take it easy,” they soon became friends, and chatted all along, “So,

can you give me a home to live on the ship?” “Sure thing, piece of cake;” when

they got the parrot on the ship; the captain came out, and became friends with

the parrot also.

The parrot gave him advice, and he became wealthy and returned all the

gold, but kept the treasure he found himself on other islands. If people trouble

the parrot, the captain with which will defeat those guys with his mighty

sword.

In summer, the weather is hot. We should drink more water, because we sweat

a lot in hot days. But I prefer to eat fruits. Watermelon, apple and grape are

my most favorites. They are all rich in water. There is a saying that an apple a

day keeps the doctor away. Fruits are good to our body. There are many kinds of

vitamins in fruits. Besides, some people do not like drinking water, so they can

eat fruits instead. I am one of them.

for further instructions as to what steps to take.
