不过，今天我明白了，针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授，更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面，方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化，稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时，我也在思考：

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

Actually beating is a violent way of treating children.It does more harm and causes more hurt than good to children’s physical and psychological health.However,beating children is common occurrence(出现) in our life.Many children become disable because their parents hit them too hard.Some lost their hearing and some became lame(跛脚的).Some children develop an internal(内在的) hatred(憎恨) for their parents and protest(抗议) by running away from home.Others may become so fearful of their parents that they tremble(发抖) at the sight of their angry parents.A mother,for example,even went so far as to beat her son to death because she was not satisfied with his study.Likewise(同样地),it is not unusual that the child murdered(凶杀) his parents because of the extreme contradiction(矛盾) between them.How can children learn and grow healthily under such circumstance(环境)?

Quite often parents will be torn by pangs(剧痛) of regret(懊悔) and remorse(自责) after they have beaten their children.They feel very sad in the rest of their lives.But it is already too late.How can they bring their handicapped(有生理缺陷的) child back to healthy one?How can they relieve(减轻) pains in their children’s heart so easily?We can say beating hurts both children and parents.It is absolutely a bad way to make children learn and behave well.

Exactly speaking,children are also human beings.They have self-respect and should be respected.

But how to solve the problemsWe should strengthen the education on law in school,letting the students know what is right and what is not.Were supposed to place great emphasis on campus management.Only students can go into the campus and people in society can not without permission. The results of this issue take a broad influence on the colleges, even on the whole society. Some are in favor of it while some are against it. Some believe it is reasonable for college students to select marriage in campus. Firstly, the college students have reached the national legal ages. In their opinion, the college students, especially male students, are too young to be likely to shoulder the burdens brought by family and take the relative responsibility. On the other hand, it is showed by study that the devoice rate of those who get married early is much higher than that of those who get married late or at right time. Such high devoice rate is mainly due to the less consideration taken before marriage, even being a totally prompt impulse to some extent. Some stubborn problem appears gradually after marriage, which leads to the mutual discontents between couples and end up in devoice as a solution.

It that case, I think, with more supports from parents and society, we can cope with study and love more intellectually if we ideally balance the positive and the negative caused by marriage on campus.

Today’s college students face choices unheard of years ago. Terms like two way selection, self-employment are not new to them. Many students swarm (蜂拥) into job market or look every talent fair (人才交流会) for potential employers. The concept of selling (推销) oneself rather than hiding oneself is well accepted by students.

Hunting a job is no small matter. Instead, it is probably one of the most, if not the most, important decisions any of would-be graduates can make in a lifetime. Therefore, they are very serious and cautious when that time comes. It is something that the society has taught them.Now more and more students lose their jobs when they graduate from school. Its easy for some students to find work. But the fact is that some students think the salary is so low that they dont want to do the job, they except to find an easy work with a higher salary. Like the reason above,some jobs have nobody to do it ,but somebody is free with no job.

As the job market gets shrinking, it has also become a must for undergraduates (在校本科生)to work harder than before to keep their competitive edge (保持竞争地位). More students are engaged in their studies with no distractions (分心，干扰). They are investing today for a promising (大有希望的，前途无量的) tomorrow.

As far as Im concerned, those students who want to find a higher salary but have no better job to do should be do an easy work from basic.Work hard on ,I believe through their hardworking theyll get a better job soon.
